Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass du eine so enttäuschende Erfahrung mit uns gemacht hast. Leider kann der Lieferprozess enttäuschend sein, und das liegt daran, dass Lieferunternehmen ihre eigenen Verfahren haben und die Bestellung nach einem fehlgeschlagenen Lieferversuch zurücksenden können.

Es tut uns leid, dass du nicht über den fehlgeschlagenen Zustellversuch benachrichtigt wurdest und dies ist etwas, über das wir intern berichten, um zu verstehen was passiert ist und um uns zu helfen, einen besseren Service anzubieten🍀

Wenn eine Bestellung jedoch gegen den Willen des Kunden zurückgesendet wird, wird dies normalerweise als normale Rücksendung bearbeitet und du erhältst eine vollständige Rückerstattung, sobald die Bestellung in unserem Lager eintrifft.

Es tut uns echt leid, dass Deine Erfahrung mit nu-in nicht positiv ausgelaufen ist.

Leider konnten wir keine E-Mails von dir finden, dass deine Erfahrung widerspiegelt. Wir haben auch nach mehr Details nachgefragt an Trustpilot, dass wir dir besser entgegenkommen aber leider blieben wir ohne Antwort.
Ohne die angaben welche Produkte mangelhaft waren ist es für uns schwierig zu verstehen, was wir genau Untersuchen sollen, sodass wir unsere Produkte und Service verbessern können. Ein paar Bilder und die Produktreferenzen wären sehr hilfreich für die Untersuchung🎋

Obwohl wir nicht genügend Informationen erhalten haben um die Situation besser zu Untersuchen möchten wir ein paar tolle Verbesserungen ans Herz legen:
▪️ Wir arbeiten daran, dass unsere Größe angaben genauer den Produkten entspricht;
▪️ Wir haben ein neues "Nie Out of Stock" Programm eingesetzt und funktioniert sehr gut;
▪️ Wir haben ein neues System eingesetzt, dass je nach Produkt eine Empfehlung gibt entweder eine Größe großer oder kleiner auszuwählen;
▪️ Die Shorts haben wir letztes Jahr produziert und unsere Denim Spezialisten werden die bestimmt verbessern;
▪️ Alle neue Jeans werden mit "Stretch" produziert und haben ein verbessertes Design und Größe angaben.

Wir bedanken uns sehr für deine Rückmeldung und wir freuen uns zu sagen, dass unsere neue Produkte eine sehr hohe Qualität erweisen und wir haben auch ein Super Kundenservice, falls du in der Zukunft unsere Hilfe brauchst, um irgendein Problem zu beheben, dass nicht nach Plan lieft lass uns wissen und wir sind sehr glücklich dir bessere Lösungen anzubieten🌻

We usually respond within 2 working days and we can perfectly understand your disappointment about not getting an answer. Regarding your query, please note, that we can't cancel orders any time once the order is placed since our shipments are automatic and it’s logistically not possible to stop an order to be shipped. If you don't wish to receive your items you can refuse to accept the delivery. Alternatively, you can get in touch with the carrier once the order is shipped and request the order to be returned to us. The order will then be processed as a normal return and a refund will be issued.

First of all, we’d like to thank you for being so passionate about sustainability and for shopping with us.

We’re terribly sorry to hear that your experience was so frustrating. We agree that sustainable garments should not only mean they are made from sustainable materials and are fair trade, being circular the more as we can make them, but they should also have good quality and last longer.

We count ourselves lucky for having onboard amazing garment professionals that are working hard in development and research to try to make possible that you can find all of this in every single garment and all with nu-in🥰

This doesn’t mean this is an easy task, and some things might not work go as expected as there is a lot of innovation we’ve putting in place, we’re working hard on disrupting the fashion industry and we’re learning and improving as we’re working and trying new things🌿

For this reason, it’s so important that you have provided detailed feedback about your experience with your order to our customer care team and that is taken into account for improvement.

In fact, we made 1 year since our launch recently. Improvement is a learning curve, and naturally, our garment’s performance analysis is an ongoing process by gathering research, innovation, and our customers feedback to make decisions. What concerns the sizing of our garments, we have improved the production measurements to be the most consistent as possible across the same body measurements. We have a sizing tool and size guides available on our website and if you need any help, you can reach out to us anytime and we will look for the best size for you!
