Very disappointed!
The products are very expensive for the quality of the items. I bought two pairs of shorts that cost $50 each. When I looked at the product I thought it would be high quality pieces especially because of the price. I am very disappointed with my purchases. I didn’t return my items because I would have to pay a large fee for the shipping. The shorts were not soft and after wearing them for 1 day the material wore out. It seems it stretched. The material feels very ruff and cheap. I ordered a similar pair of shorts that were similar to the ones I bought from nuin from H&M and those shorts were 10 times better and cost a fraction of the price. I will never buy from nuin again. I probably would have to throw them away, that’s how bad they are.

Schlechter Kundenservice
Der schlechteste Kundenservice den ich je gesehen habe. Es gibt nur eine Mail was schon extrem schlecht ist, da man sich so schon auf Wartezeit einstellen kann, allerdings wird auf Mails auch kaum geantwortet. Von 3 geschriebenen Mails in den letzten 6 Tagen wurde auf noch keine geantwortet. Dabei handelt es sich um eine Bestellung welche sich gerade auf dem Versandweg befindet trotz Stornierung meiner Seite.

Ich habe einen hoodie passend zu einer Jogging Hose bestellt nur leider hatten beide Teile unterschiedliche Farben. Qualität ist sehr dünn und sieht nicht gerade hochwertig aus. Außerdem kam der eine Hoodie in einem riesigen Karton, in dem bestimmt noch 5 andere Teile reingepasst hätten. Sustainability ist für mich anders!!!

Dies kann passieren, wenn die Stoffe, aus denen die Artikel hergestellt wurden, aus verschiedenen Chargen kommen und leicht unterschiedlich gefärbt wurden. Das sollte jedoch nicht passieren, wenn die beiden Artikel als Set präsentiert werden. Um besser nachvollziehen zu können, auf welche Artikel Du Dich beziehst, haben wir weitere Information zu Deiner Bestellung über TrustPilot angefragt, doch wir würden uns auch freuen, wenn Du mit unserem Kundenservice Kontakt aufnimmst, sodass wir die Artikel nachvollziehen und eine Lösung für Dich finden können🌼
Wir möchten uns auch aufrichtig dafür entschuldigen, dass Du einen viel zu großen Karton erhalten hast, als nötig gewesen wäre. Dies war eine einmalige Situation, da unser Lager keine kleineren Boxen mehr verfügbar hatte, die nachhaltiger gewesen wären, und auf die Nachlieferung gewartet hat. Daher hat das Lager einen der Kartons verwendet, die nicht so häufig genutzt werden. Wir sind ganz Deiner Meinung, dass das nicht die beste und vor allem nachhaltigste Lösung war, und wir haben Dein Feedback an die richtige Stelle geleitet, sodass sich dieser Vorfall nicht wiederholt🙏

Very disappointed! Sehr enttäuscht!
Ich habe ein geripptes, langärmeliges Oberteil und eine Radlershorts bestellt. Schon beim Erhalt der Ware war ich einfach nur entsetzt. Die zwei winzigen Teile waren in einem gigantischen Karton verpackt, also wirklich RIESIG. Da hätten locker zwei dicke Winterjacken reingepasst. Es ist ja bekannt, dass viel der "Nachhaltigkeit" bei solchen Unternehmen Augenwischerei ist, aber das ist wirklich unter aller Kanone und so leicht vermeidbar. Das Oberteil sah auf den ersten Blick ganz gut aus, made in Portugal und angenehmer Stoff. Leider beim ersten Mal tragen schon am unteren Ende so ausgeleiert, dass es sitzt wie ein Sack. Die Passform der Radlerhose ist eine Katastrophe. Ich trage normalerweise S bis XS, habe eine S gekauft und die Hose ist an den Beinen so eng, dass es mir das Blut abschnürt, dafür ist der Bund so weit, dass die Hose oben rutscht und im Schritt Falten schlägt. Und ich habe keine besonders schmale Taille! Das Material ist sehr steif und dick, wahrscheinlich sehr unangenehm im Sommer, wofür ich es eigentlich gekauft habe. Nie nie nie wieder!

Die Verpackung sollte an die Menge und Volumen der Kleidung, die Du bestellt hast, angepasst sein. Leider hat unser Lager keine kleineren Boxen mehr, die nachhaltiger gewesen wären, zur Verfügung gehabt und hat zu dem Zeitpunkt noch auf die Nachlieferung gewartet. Wir möchten, dass dies kein weiteres Mal passiert, und ich kann Dir versichern, dass entsprechende Maßnahmen getroffen wurden!

Great quality, great customer service
I have bought from nu-in several times and every item has been of really good quality and reasonable price (their trousers in particular are some of my favourites - really amazing fit).
My last order there was a bit of a mix up with customs, but they sorted it out really quickly and were very understanding.
Will definitely recommend to friends looking to buy more sustainably - I'm sure I'll be buying more things as well. Love seeing a brand like this!

Bad quality
I bought clothes months ago from NU-IN, like many other customers, it was the worst experience ever. The clothes quality is really bad and clothes smelt like chemicals (sustainable?). They don't look like the pictures on the website.
All the articles were too big, even though I took S size (I am usually an M) and they do not correspond to the pictures on your website at all. The worst is that some of the articles arrived stained with small flash pink drops and the white part was greyish.

It's not usual, but if a style smells like chemicals is due to the fact that no water is used in the finishing, so laser, ozone, etc. treatments don't wash out the smell from the dyestuff. That smell is easy to get rid of, our customer care team can provide great tips on this😉 Regarding the stained garments, that is not usual to happen since all the returns go through a rigorous quality inspection to make sure the items are not stained or defective in any way, we're sorry this happened with you. What concerns the sizing, we have a powerful sizing tool and now a size guide as well, and in case you still any question, just drop us a message!
We're very sorry about your unfortunate experience, but it's been 6 months, and we can guarantee that we've been through a long journey through research on sustainability and quality and overall improvement, check on us once again👀

Great Jeans and even better Customer Care
It was my first time ordering from nu-in and I got the size wrong the first time but I could return them easily and get the right size (huge thanks to Johanna from customer care who was extremely nice and helpful even though I made a mistake during the return process and made sure I got my refund as soon as possible). I am very happy with my new Jeans: they fit nicely and the quality is also very good. I love that there is a shop that offers affordable sustainable options - will definitely order again!

I've found my new favourite brand
Incredibly impressed by nu-in so far! I had never heard about it before and were slightly nervous before placing my order last Wednesday around lunch. I have been looking for quality lounge wear and I'm a huge sustainability supporter, so I decided to give it a go since I really liked the style of the clothes as well! Delivery arrived already on Friday - much faster than expected (especially since I'm in the UK!). The quality of the clothes is amazing, well-made clothes that fall beautifully when worn. I decided to keep every single item I bought! I think I've found a new favourite brand.
My only wish is that nu-in would clearly mark which items that match in colour. I went for lots of beige ones thinking that these would match (it's hard to see on the pictures) but all of them were slightly different in colour. Not a massive problem but it would be super useful to know which ones that have the same beige in case the customer wants a matching set.

They can not be faulted on their efforts of a more sustainable and circular fashion business! Great quality and service, but not real high waist
Nu-ins costumer service is really good and their concept is really great which I want to support. I bought a pair of “high waist” skinny jeans last summer and they fit good and tight and I love that they’re actual denim! But they’re not actual high waist. And they also expand like crazy after a few weeks. Anyway I thought I’d try getting them in light blue because they had exactly the color I want and the length fits Short little me! But after ordering in 28 and 29, I must say that they are in now way high waisted either size. The camel toe from just trying to get them above my belly button.. So conclusion - great brand, great quality, but if you have a higher waist, they’re not for you.

Regarding your jeans not feeling high waist, please note that there are not two bodies exactly the same. Seat height is very individual, so two girls same size might feel that the same jeans feel too high or too low, and our high is pretty average, as they're not super high 👖

Bestilte nogle varer hos NU-IN. Får track and trace info fra UPS, hvor varene skal leveres hjemme hos mig. Som UPS' politik viser sig at være, desværre, kører chaufføren ikke hjem til mig, men til Access Point, og sender mig besked jeg ikke var hjemme, og jeg skal hente pakken. Dette trods faktum at jeg er hele dagen hjemme, hver dag, grundet Covid19, og at jeg havde autoriseret at pakken kunne stilles i skuret. UPS vil ikke levere hjem til mig, og NU-IN siger jeg selv skal sørge for at pakken hentes. I min optik er det senderen's ansvar at pakken kommer til modtageren - ikke modtageren's ansvar. Varene fra NU-IN er rigtigt flotte, men deres service er IKKE kundevenlig. DESVÆRRE vil jeg aldrig bruge dem igen, grundet at de bruger UPS, og at de ikke tager ansvar for deres leverandørs fejl.

Great shop! There is a huge selection of sustainable clothes and the prices are very fair! I ordered several items and one piece was too small. On the website, I could easily return it. Sizing troubles - Great Customer Service
I ordered a fine-knit dress, and the fabric was beautiful. It didn't fit, though; the sizing calculator was wrong.
Another piece which looked good first lost its shape when washing. I got refunded without issues in both cases.

Bad Quality
Bad Quality. I ordered 4 T-shirt. 2 of them have holes after like wearing them twice. And also after washing it a few times it looks terrible. really cheap quality. !!

Costumer care is amazing!
I love the brand, their clothes and especially their costumer care was amazing and really helpful since I had a problem with the quality of one pair of jeans. The fit of the clothes is great and the fabric feels really nice. The order process and return process were really good too, can’t complain about anything. Thanks so much nu-in!
