After a really high renewal quotation, Rebecca was very helpful and understanding in my renewal, which led me to decide to stay with Now Pet Insurance

Title: "Diamond" in name only. Left with a £1,500 bill and debt collectors.

"Do not be fooled by the 'Diamond' branding or the £4,000 limit. My dog had life-saving surgery, but Now Pet applied hidden sub-limits that were never made clear at renewal. They capped anaesthesia at £250 and hospitalisation at £100, leaving me with a £1,500 shortfall. I am now being charged late fees by my vet because Now Pet refuses to pay for standard clinical care. Currently escalating to the Financial Ombudsman (Case Ref: PNX-6000947-X5W7). Under the FCA Consumer Duty, this product is a failure. Avoid if you want real protection for your pet."

Amazing advisor quick and efficient

I had a really positive experience renewing my pet insurance with Now Pet Insurance. My initial renewal quote came through higher than expected, but after speaking with Conrad, he was incredibly helpful and took the time to review my policy in detail.

He managed to find me a better deal, and I ended up renewing at a cheaper price than my original quote, which was a great result. The whole process was straightforward, and Conrad was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to want to help.

It’s refreshing to receive such good customer service, especially when it leads to saving money. I’d definitely recommend Now Pet Insurance based on this experience.

I’ve renewed with Now Pet for 3 years now. Premiums are pretty decent even though we have a dog with long term meds that we claim for each month. Claims are easy to process and get paid out mostly without quibbles. Just spoke to Robin regarding a claim, and she was really helpful.

Great to have some advice as quickly and as easily as a phone call . Much appreciated!

I called with a query on my pet policy which is coming up for renewal. I was keen to know what made my current policy competitive as other policies I have been reviewing seemed cheaper elsewhere. Nancy was able to talk me through the differences between what I have and what was on offer reassuring me that we still have the best policy with NowPet. There was an increase this year in cost which they could not improve on hence 4* and not 5*.

Hannah took my call today and was absolutely brilliant and incredibly patient sorting the right cover for my 6 dogs. As you can imagine, resolving individual insurance packages for multiple pets took a long while and Hannah took her time to make sure each policy was perfect for each of my girls. Hannah was chatty and it was so lovely to speak to someone who personalised the call rather than sticking to a script. We really appreciated Hannah’s approach and attention to detail. Absolutely lovely customer service and brilliant pet insurance cover and a really reasonable price.

Robyn was very knowledgeable & helpful, & sympathetic to my dogs condition
