Great Customer Service & Fast Resolution
I had an issue with unexpected customs charges due to a carrier error, but the NÓVU support team handled everything professionally from start to finish.
Carla was incredibly helpful throughout the process, kept me updated, answered all my questions, and arranged the refund quickly once I sent the proof of payment. She also helped me choose the right size for my next order and explained how future shipments would avoid the same issue.
Mistakes can happen, but what really matters is how a company deals with them. NÓVU resolved everything efficiently and made the whole experience much better.
Great customer service and a team that genuinely cares about its customers. Looking forward to receiving my next order!

Excellent summer clothing
I've been buying from Novu for a while now and they've never let me down. The quality is always spot on, everything fits really well, and you can tell it's made properly. Their summer collection is especially good this year - loads of nice pieces that are easy to wear. Definitely one of my go-to brands and I'd happily recommend them.

I bought clothes 5 years ago from Novu which are still staples for me, says all you need really. I think the Oxford Pleated trousers are my most worn item of clothing, wear them in highly professional meetings and when going out to a bar, and as comfy as tracksuit bottoms.
Recently made an accident on my order and Jim on customer support was great and amended the order for me.

They are scammers they will wait 31 days and tell you that the package was handled 12 times they're Liars they use several different company names to scam people you will never receive your product they are scammers do not order from these people they are liars and scammers will never receive your product steal your money and will tell you that they deliver the product on the 31st day tracking system are nothing but Liars nobody handles a package 12 different times you will never receive your product and they will never return your money you can't even Ensure that that charge your insurance fee never receive your product because no product will ever be sent to you it's all a lie it's nothing but a scam

Placed an order on 10 April
Placed an order on 10 April, since the website states shipping within 4-7 business days. Order eventually shipped out one month later.
However, it's currently 4 June and I still didn't receive the package. Doesn't make sense at all. Worst experience I've ever had with a brand. Never again.

Looking into your order, it did arrive into Barcelona, Spain quite quickly after dispatch, however it was held in customs for a period of time due to unpaid customs charges. The courier made several attempts to contact you regarding this but didn’t receive a response initially.
Once the charges were eventually paid, delivery was then attempted, but unfortunately there was no answer at the address provided which caused a further delay.
We do want to highlight that you’ve been a repeat customer with us for many years and have had several successful orders in the past, which makes this situation even more disappointing from our side as well as we know you’ve had great experiences with us before.

I've used Novu before and the items I pick usually hit first time.
This time I ordered ALOT of items and although top quality, they didnt suit me. Being busy i forgot to send back and missed the return date. I spoke to Customer Service (Jim) and he was very accomodating and arranged for an exchange even though he didnt have to.
Very refreshing to have such good service, especially from an online retailer.
