They were quiet wide at the center they didn't sit properly in the cage, ended up removing them and also bought the derailleur hanger UHD for shimano, it turns out it doesn't fit my frame

Dear Majed,
Thank you for reaching out and providing us with your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that our products are not fitting your bike as expected.
Since we do not have the specific reference for your current derailleur, it is difficult for us to provide precise guidance. However, if the parts do not fit properly, it is likely that your bike is equipped with a Dura-Ace 12-speed group set, which would mean the incorrect product reference was ordered.
Regarding the derailleur hanger: as specified on the product page for our NRC Direct Mount Derailleur Hanger UDH for Shimano, this component is only compatible with frames that have the UDH (Universal Derailleur Hanger) standard.
To ensure we get you the right solution, we invite you to contact our technician directly. Please fill out the form at the following link so we can take a closer look at your setup:

Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to helping you resolve this.
