Cher Jean Philippe,
Bien cordialement,
Tom - Nova Ride

Oma-aloitteinen arvostelu
Vastaus yritykseltä Nova Ride
Dear Rey,
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sincerely sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced with the CCD Sram Rival AXS cages. Please rest assured that rider safety and product reliability are our top priorities.
We regret that our initial response did not meet your expectations. While we take pride in the durability of our products, we want to investigate exactly what happened in your case to ensure it doesn't happen again. Even if a product has been mounted, a structural failure under 1000 miles deserves a thorough technical inspection.
As a reminder, our warranty conditions cover exclusively:
- Structural defects in the carbon fiber.
- Defects in the aluminum pulleys.
- Product non-conformity to its original, new condition.
However, this warranty does not cover (non-exhaustive list):
- Damage resulting from an impact or fall.
- Assembly or disassembly not in accordance with the technical instructions.
For more details, please consult our full terms and conditions here: https://novatoride.com/pages/conditions-de-garantie.
We would like to make this right. Please contact our dedicated support team directly at sav@novatoride.com or via our website’s contact form, mentioning this review and your order reference number. We will prioritize your case to find a satisfactory solution. Please allow 1 to 3 business days to receive a response.
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Kind regards,
Tom - Nova Ride

Vastaus yritykseltä Nova Ride
Cher Pedro,
Bien cordialement,
Tom de l'équipe Nova Ride
