Eine Woche auf die Antwort gewartet und dann eine erhalten, die gar keine Hilfe war. BTW: unsere Nordlux Lampe hat nur 4 Jahre im Gebrauch ausgehalten, dann kaputt.

Postnord fejlleverrede/smed den i sne og sjap på deres billede, hvad er det dog for et foretagne?? min forsendelse fik jeg dog ikke og kontakte kan ingen, ikke engang firmaer. Men nordlux sendte en ny vare uden bøvl for de kunne heller ikke komme i kontakt med postnord?? 5 stjerner for en sublim behandling.

Not dimmable; fiddly to install
Installed both a 3-spot and 5-spot Omari lamp. Both were very fiddly to attach, as the control box for the dim function sits right where the connection box needs to if you want to center the lamp over an outlet, and the cables are too short to offer any flexibility. We ended up having to rip out and re-attach the control box to be able to close the lamp.
Unfortunately once the 5-spot was installed on our dimmer switch, we also realized that the product isn’t compatible with dimmer switches (which isn’t mentioned anywhere on the product page), despite being marketed as dimmable. Overall an extremely frustrating experience.
That being said, the light that does function (attached to a regular switch) looks great.

We are sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with our Omari light.
We write on the packaging that it is 3-step dimmable and that it works with a normal switch and close to the barcode we also write that it is not suitable for dimmer switches. Maybe this information can be misunderstood since you had another expectation.
