Sent me used Foil with defects

I had very unfortunate experience with item Foil Aztron Rocket I received
The aluminium connector for the rear wing was loose in the foil case and the rear wing and aluminium mast got badly scratched.
What is more the Front wing, which fortunately was in another foam pocket so it was not damaged in transit, however it has glaring manufacturing defects, rough edges and most importantly cavities inside the socket that connects to the aluminium fuselage.
I think it compromises the structual integrity of the connection.
Please let me know how to provide you with evidence video evidence from the unboxing and inspection, as well as photos done afterwards.
I ordered brand new without defects, so I hope you can excuse and understand my frustration and hope you will amend situation.

Provide me with a way do add photo and video. The sites does not upload pictures and I send you an email and got reply that it will not be read. This is anti-consumer behaviour and breakin EU consumer law.

Chipped edges of the front wing
Cavities in the front wing socket, compromising structural integrity and threating safety of use.
Edge of the front wing is flaking, separating from the front wing body.
Mast has signs of wear from use and assembly this was supposed to be brand new.
It was incorecttly packaged. There are foam covers in each compartment, which should go over the part not under it. This was not factory new.
I have video of unboxing the package proving you did not package correctly and rear wing connector was loose inside damaging mast and rear wing.
Also you make deliberately impossible to contact customer service - your "contact us" page sends me to return product form, I am not paying for shipping and return shipping, because you send me faulty product.
I sent email and automated reply was this email will not be delivered and advised me to visit notica.de which had spelling error and the page was not found.
Why did you send me faulty product?
If you do not reply I am doing Visa Chargeback for fraud.
Also bad review everywhere, because I had issue with the order and you deliberately make it impossible to contact customer support.
You ruined my order and do not respond.
Nootica responded saying that product defects are natural and normal.
They don't care that customer might die sailing defective hydrofoil.
I filed defective return claim on 6th of September.
It's 11th of October and the claim is still not approved.

Failed to pay for customs
Failed to pay for customs, said they would repay it and never did - despite multiple weeks and emails passing this now has to be passed to my credit card company to deal with. No phone number on purpose. If you are a UK buyer DO NOT purchase from this company.

My order arrived but there were some items missing. I have written to customer support but after a day no email or any sign from them.
Now I know why this seller got wrong rate.

After several days the missing items came in to my house from nowhere. No tracking number or notification from any delivery companies. :) The following day Nootica confirmed the delivery. Clowns I dont think I would buy anything from them again.

He comprobado un kayak hinchable Rockside grand voyager el cual llegó con un defecto en el fondo que hace que el kayak quede deforme. El kayak se compró el 4 de mayo e hice el reclamo al cual ellos respondieron que se harían cargo de enviar el recambio. Desde entonces les he escrito 3 correos más y aún hoy 17/07/2023 no me dan respuesta sobre el recambio. He pagado un por un kayak defectuoso del que no se hacen responsables

Uk duties not paid and they not sorting it.
Website states uk duties paid, ordered a Zray board paid extra to have delivered quicker by DHL than on the 06.07.2023 DHL email to say a further £56.44 has to be paid for duties. I did email nootica which took them till today to email to say I have to pay but online they state they pay it. So far the communication is very poor and slow, I ordered from here as a family member had ordered before a few months back and didn’t pay duties. DHL stated to me in email that paperwork has been filled out for receiver to pay duties. I wouldn’t have bought otherwise so really have been misled. Order Number JUL000032924

2023 I ordered and paid for 3 products at the end of February. The delivery date kept changing, by the end of August...
Obviously not wanting to wait, I replaced one of the products that was problematic. Now the remaining two products are problematic...
The last time I was able to communicate with them was 1.5 months ago, since then I have not received any reply. I feel I have been terribly patient and had all the right intentions. But I've run out of patience. Obviously I want my money back after all this, but it's not easy after no one communicates with me......

Damaged SUP/No Contact
Purchased a Key West SUP last year, been out on it about 10x and it has recently popped. It wasn't a puncture, it completely split at the seam. I liked the board and decided to contact them to see if this could be replaced. At first responses were really quick, they asked me to send pictures. After pictures were sent I have never heard anything back. I have tried emailing multiple times since (receiving the confirmation of receipt for my email advising contact in 24-48 hours) but still not had any response.
22/07/23 - Dear Nootica, it is now 22/07 and you advised on 10/07 that someone would be in touch asap and I have yet to have any response.

Getting no answer from them or communicating.

Pésimo servicio al cliente, su pasarela de pago falló, se procesaron dos pedidos por error y no se hacen cargo. No responden a los correos electrónicos y no tienen un número de teléfono. No lo recomiendo :(
Edito respuesta 23 junio respondiendo al comentario de nootica: no es verdad, les he escrito tres emails y aún estoy esperando respuesta. Por favor, no mientan. Los voy a denunciar a Ocu y a las autoridades.
