Unfortunately the kayak I ordered and received had
a defect.
What stands out in the process of getting a replacement piece is the prompt reply to the issue
and the professionalism of the staff.

Quick and helpful responses to questions pre order followed by fast and accurately tracked delivery. Product very well packed and arrived in good condition. Tested on bench but not yet in water and looks beautiful!

Within the timescale for delivery. The flippers were well packed, the right size too. Whay more could a customer want!

I ordered a 660euro item listed with "15-20days" until re stock. I have now been waiting nearly 4 months. The item was despatched to me a few weeks ago (some 3 months since the date it was ordered) but got held up at the border by what seemed to be a customs issue. I tried communicating with nootica who only asked me to be even more patient and said they could not give me any information until the item was returned to them. Trying to communicate with GLS (the courier) was a non starter as I would only receive generic emails from them in response to my query. I watched my item do a tour of France via the tracking feature provided by gls where eventually I could see it marked as 'delivered' in Les Arces, France. I can only assume this is the location of the Nootica warehouse. My order has now been marked as 'completed' on the website and Nootica customer services are not replying (other than automated emails) to any of my queries. I urge anybody to think very carefully before ordering high value items to be delivered to the UK. In my opinion this company should no longer advertise 'UK delivery, duties paid' or anything similar until they have improved their systems to deal with this better. The website architecture feels as though it is designed to make queries/complaints by the customer as difficult as possible and there system for requesting a refund feels like a dead end. All in all I am very unhappy with the level of service and feel like I will never see my item or my 660 euros again. UK buyers beware!

First ordered a batter, motor, charger and clips on 14/8/2023. Everything arrived and was fine…except battery not delivered due to ‘urgent issue’. Then battery re order…out of stock. Finally battery sent again on 18/9/2023. GLS confirmed the order, Nootica confirmed their shipping. Today, a text from GLS saying the battery cannot be delivered due to an ‘urgent issue’. This company, is difficult to email, impossible to attach photos, take ages to reply, impossible to telephone. It has now been over two months and I have no battery. The boat has had to be taken off the water, and with no battery I’ve not been able to test the engine or charger! This company’s customer relations and service is absolutely appalling. I would give this zero if it were possible. I have no faith in them at all. Prices may appear cheap, but you get what you pay for. My next action will be to consult legal advice.

I oredered a SUP, it came in less then a week from France to Romania, i could follow my order all the way to see it s status.
The SUP looks great, i did not gonflated it yet but i can t wait to use it.

I have been writing to customer service for 3 weeks about a SUP problem and there is no solution. The answers are not clear. They said they would respond within 24-48 hours. The deadline was never met. I'm really upset because I feel like I wasted 370 euros and nootica can do that!
