Recently bought 2 sets of Cressi Fins. Best price I could find online and delivered to the UK in a couple of days. Very happy with purchase.

Absolutely disgusted by their customer service. Faulty paddle board sold, will not collect and refund. Expect customer to source and pay for board to be returned to France.

Hallo. von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung hat es 7 Tage gedauert, ok. 5 Teile habe ich bestellt. , 5 Teile kamen, 4 richtig 1 falsch. Ich habe einen RMa Antrag gestellt, bis zur Antwort dauerte es eine Woche. In der stand, ich solle die falsch gelieferte Ware auf meine Kosten zurücksenden. Warum wenn die was falsches liefern?!? Die Rücksendekosten übersteigen den Warenwert. Wenn man auf diese Antwortmails antwortet, kommt nichts mehr. Also dieser Laden ist für mich gestorben.

UK beware! Do not buy from this company if you are in the UK. If any issues with the item the returns process is a nightmare. Very little instruction from Nootica, and the package was held up in customs and then returned - zero response from Nootica, terrible customer service.

Boa tarde, recebi a encomenda á uns 3/4 dias atrás.
Encomendei um pato de pesca (float tube).
Quando ia abrir o mesmo, tinha varias linhas descozidas, em um dos lados , tenho as respectivas fotos, quero devolver o produto e é uma complicação com a vossa empresa, não respondem a emails, é só respostas automáticas! Atendimento péssimo! Os mesmos querem que eu pague os portes para devolver o produto!
Quero fazer uma devolução, não vou pagar os portes de envio e quero o meu dinheiro de volta.

Did not deliver and blames their own delivery firm for delays. Delivery firm tells Nootica did not pay for the proper delivery. Stalls refund process. After two months, refund is still unclear.

We ordered 2 PFDs, one was way too small (much smaller than the size guide) so we returned it - the PFD cost €65, the postage to return it is €30!
Nootica don't pay the postage, they don't even let you take advantage of their much cheaper bulk postage rates, so unless you're buyimg very expensive items, you effectively have no consumer protection.
The other PFD started to fall apart after one use - multiple threads unravelling at the seams. It's not worth even complaining as I can't afford the postage to send it back.
I hate everything Amazon stands for, but if they send me something that is unsatisfactory, I can return it and get my money back. I've learned my lesson and won't make the same mistake again.

I trust Nootica as nothing else for my canoe / kayak items as summer items. Has excellent support in communication as I received in perfect condition and on time every year my items. For sure I suggest it to my friends too.

The whole service was excellent from start to finish. I dealt with Francois and he was very helpful. Delivery was on time and the item I purchased was very good quality. Overall id highly recommend nootica . Very happy customer.

Nootica has a great range of products in different qualities and we have been happy customers in the past. On our last order, we clicked "next day delivery before 6PM guaranteed" option in shipping page on checkout. This was an additional 15€. When the package arrived 4 days later (wknd in between), I wrote an email to customer service to ask for a refund of the 15€. They told me I had to read the FAQ where it was stated that they only guarantee the SHIPPING of the order before 6pm next day, not delivering. I told them this information was contradictory and misleading and send them all the print screens to show the "next day DELIVERY before 6pm" note, with the address under this statement. I insisted politely that the mistake was theirs and that I wanted a refund of the extra charge but to no avail. Customer service stayed committed to their false statement with no offer of a compromise whatsoever. They did not hesitate to turn a happy customer in an unhappy one for the silly amount of 15€.

UPDATE: They tell me on this platform that they're going to reimburse shipment as it has clearly not met the shipping delay. they subsequently confirm it by email. Sounds good right? A couple of days later, still no news, after sending them a reminder, they basicaly tell me to get lost.

They sell old Supboards and the quality is bad... I buy 3 Sup board and the 2 of 3 was poor quality.. in 1 mont The glue was falling apart I spend 1000€ on Nootica and when i advartise the Sups they wont adartise ... I wont buy more in Nootica!

We placed order late in May and waited around one month. The product has never been shipped and then we decided to cancel the order thinking that we waited enough around two to three weeks ago. The order seemed to be cancelled already on nootica webpage either after our email or even before automatically, not sure, but soon we got confirmation for our request by email. We have been waiting for refund since then and it doesn't seem to happen soon unlike what we were told by the time we asked for cancellation. They blame their bank all the time and say that they have no control over the process.

Island Voyage Advenced Elements, the inflatable kayak was leaking, after half a year another leaking hose was sent. I'll try to get it stuck. One thing for sure, I will never shop here again.

Worst customer service I have ever received
They decided without asking me to cancel and refund my order, I asked why they did this with 10 emails and had zero response ,its also been over 7 days and not received the refund and yet again zero response when I asked where is the refund. There is also no phone number listed so I can not even call them, My advice is never do business with companies who dont list a phone number because it so easy for them to ignore you

Some time ago it was a good site, but not anymore, selling stuff that they don't have, waiting for months, not days or weeks but months, and then to get your money back you need to beg them to do that, communication is absolutely poor, strong recommendation-avoid this shop at any cost

P.P.S. I have been waiting for my refund for more than 2 weeks now cool is that? One thing is for sure I'm not gonna be your customer anymore and do not recommend anyone to have the business with you. Another thing on your site Trustpilot score is shown as 4.8 I think is about time to change and stop lying
