One of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid Nootica.
I placed an order and it was delivered to the wrong address, not just a neighbor’s house, but somewhere completely unknown. I had to spend hours knocking on random doors with the same house number in my neighborhood, desperately trying to locate my own package because it was expensive. To make things worse, when I called the delivery driver, he hung up on me after rudely saying, “Don’t waste my time, I’ve delivered it and someone collected it.”
By sheer luck, I managed to find my package, but only after wasting a huge amount of time, energy, and dealing with unnecessary stress. No customer should have to go through this, especially after paying for delivery.
I contacted Nootica to explain everything. Their response? Completely dismissive. They said they will refund 4 euros of shipping fee and considered the matter closed. No sincere apology, no gesture of goodwill, not even a discount coupon for future purchases. Every request I made was flatly ignored. They simply said, “We can’t do more.” Absolutely shameful.
I was planning to make another large purchase with them, but after this experience, I wouldn’t trust Nootica with a single euro. Their customer service is careless, cold, and unprofessional. Once they get your money, you're on your own.
Buy at your own risk, if anything goes wrong, don’t expect Nootica to care.

Well I don’t usually leave reviews but I’ve just ordered a pair of carbon fibre fins and what a great experience no problems whatsoever came super quick and well packaged delivered to the uk with no import fees which is always a bonus will definitely buy from again five stars all the way

Hello everyone! 24.1. I ordered a Cressi suit that was on winter sale. On the Nootica website it was written that they have it in stock and that the estimated delivery time is 1/27-31/1. I paid by card and they confirmed my order. After that I waited for a couple of days and nothing happened. I contacted customer service and they replied that Cressi is late and that they expect Cressi to send them the suit next week. So, they don't have it in the warehouse at all, even though it says that it is in stock. I waited two weeks and exchanged messages with the note to see what happened. After such a long wait, they wrote to me that Cressi did not deliver my size and that they are waiting for an answer from Cressi. All the time they blamed Cressi and their delay even though I didn't buy the suit from Cressi but from them. They also offered me another suit from Seac which is not even close to the quality of the Cressi I ordered. I asked for another suit in exchange, but they wrote that they could not offer me any of the ones I requested. I did not accept the Seac suit and asked for a refund. They replied that their accounting department would initiate the refund process within two weeks, and indeed I received the money in exactly two weeks. While all this was happening, I ordered a suit from the Diveinn website and it arrived on time without any problems. Also, I saw in the reviews that nootica has had situations like this before and I saw their answers where they said that it was the summer season and that they were very busy. This was in January. Basically, I do not recommend the Nootica since you do not know if they have the items in stock at all, and for 99% of the items on their website it says they are in stock. I will never order anything from this site again. For everything I mentioned in my review I have proof so if someone is curious about odering something from Nootica they can contact me.

I was happy to finally be able to order a Pegasub float online which I was not able to all year. I considered the postage quote extremely expensive to Guernsey but luckily was able to deliver to the UK instead cheaper and it was collected from UK and delivered to Gsy by Guernsey Post. Result!.. You need a clear contact e mail address on your website as it took months to get a reply from you earlier this year to my inability to order query which was frustrating and I nearly gave up on purchasing from you. pessimi, ho acquistato due carboncini per un motore minn kota 40 lb ed un fermo, il fermo non era disponibile e non mi sono stati rimborsati i soldi ne sul mio credito ne su paypall, i carboncini spediti al costo di 8€ con una busta da raccomandata semplice, (costo massimo 3€ ?! ) durante il montaggio senza neanche accendere il motore o chiuderlo si sono distrutti, completamente frantumati, dalla semplice pressione delle molle che li spingono, senza subire urti o pressioni, quindi era ben chiaro che erano difettati o avevano subito urti nel traporto, contattati immediatamente con foto che documentavano il tutto , non hanno voluto rimborsare 10€ semplicemente di carboncini e spedizioni , nonostante avevo chiesto semplicemente dei nuovi dato che mi occorrevano, ma nonostante avessi fatto notare che una cosa cosi' delicata con 8€ di spedizione non si può spedire con una semplice raccomandata, hanno dato la colpa al montaggio. e non rimborsato ne carboncini ne pezzo che non hanno neanche spedito (costo irrisorio 2€) il tutto portato alla lunga con assistenza che risponde dopo tre giorni minimo da un email all'altra, ordinati il 28/10 ad oggi 13/11 mi hanno detto che non mi rimborseranno. veramente pessimi poco seri e professionali. evitateli

At this point is better to buy through i.e Amazon.com that at least cover 100% of defective products without doing so much trouble.

4 complaints, 18 emails and hours wasted and NO SOLUTION (photo).
I bought a Wing Aztron Wing foil 5.0 for €329.99 (photo). ONLY 5 uses and 58 days later it was broken (photo). I am an experienced sportsman and have been using wings regularly for over 10 years. I have used the material with care and kept it clean.
His only argument is that I should have inflated the wing to 4psi (OR LESS) when the recommended maximum is 6psi (photo). And that it was my fault for inflating it ONLY 20% LESS than the recommended max. Absolutely absurd, these people have never practised the sport.
They are just trying to avoid their liability by selling DEFECTIVE material.
