Worst experience ever, on the 29 of june I bought 3 item from nootica, 2 of them arrived but the otherone not. I contacted them and they told me that they dont know were it is, that the carrier lost it. It's been more than a month since I bought and paid for the item, i waited more than 20 days but after that is a little to much, i asked for my money back. They dont give me my money and It appears that bots are responding to emails. I buy lost of thing online but never i was treated this way.

I placed an order with Nootica – my first and definitely my last.

The order was shipped with a significant delay. No update, no explanation, no apology.

When it finally arrived, I received the wrong item. Completely not what I ordered – a clear mistake on the seller’s side

I immediately submitted a return request and clearly selected the “refund” option, not replacement. Despite that, I received a message saying they would send the correct item, which I never asked for

I replied to their message, politely reminding them that I do not want a replacement, only a refund, and asked them to confirm this. It’s been two days – no response at all

So now I’m left with the wrong item, no refund, and no communication from customer support. Just silence

Summary:
– Late shipping
– Wrong product delivered
– Ignored my refund request
– No follow-up or customer care

If I could give zero stars, I would.
Do yourself a favor – avoid Nootica if you expect even basic customer service

I bought a kayak and other kit costing £992. It was supplied with a valve adaptor missing so cannot be used. After ten days of sending and receiving emails, I have still not been able to communicate with someone at Nootica who can or will sort this out. Don't buy from them. Dreadful customer and after sales service.

Order delivered in time, no issues.

Watch out. I bought a wetsuit on this website, the size was wrong so I decided to return without asking for a replacement, since the right size was not available. First of all, I had to pay 25euros of shipment to send the wetsuit back. When they received it, they did not refund, but issued a credit note in my account with limited time validity, that can only be spent in their website. This is absurd

Run! This company is garbage and quite scammers type.
They were postponing delivery due to ordered products missing, always with the excuse the product will be available next week. And note these products shows stock available on their website, and that's why I bought them as I was in a rush. I was waiting more than 1 month with this 'next week' availability lies until I decide to cancel the item which was delaying the delivery and ask them to send the order with available items ASAP. They yet took more than week to dispatch the package after my decision and request by email.
If this was not enough, the order came with a rope with less 40% meters than the length I've ordered. 40%! I'm not talking about cms or even 1 or 2 meters! I wrote them again and they assume they have not enough rope length at that time but they yet decided to send what they have instead of contacting me in advance asking if I still want the rope. This rope became useless to me as it was shorter than what I need. I ask for a refund and I'm still waiting fort it, 32 months later.

Resuming, this is a bunch of scammers. Both attitudes:
1. lying compulsively regarding the restock date
2. sending ropes with 40% less meters than the ones ortderes saying nothing
is a scammers behaviour. They are compulsory burglars.
I understand why they don't have PayPal payment... people will request refund imediatly upon these behaviours and of course, PayPal will refund as this is clearly a burglars behaviour.

Ψάχνοντας για στολή κατάδυσης βρήκα αυτό που ήθελα με 60% discount έκπτωση. Με το που έκανα την παραγγελία ήρθε στο νησί του Αιγαίου που μένω σε δέκα ακριβώς ημέρες , σε άριστη κατάσταση πολύ καλή συσκευασία. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Ordered from Nootica, wanted to return item but they hid return shipping terms. EU law says they should cover return shipping when not disclosed clearly. Buyer beware.

Amazing products, great prices and delivery time

Looking for freediving fins, I came across a great deal for a second hand, hardly used pair of Cressi Gara Modular Turbo Boost Fins at Nootica. Within days they arrived in mint condition at my doorstep. Size 44-45 fits my size 45 feet with 5 mm neoprene socks perfectly. Still, a pair of fin retainers is recommended using such powerful fins. Had a blast with these fins in a nearby lake

Everything from the ordering, customer service and speed of response when I had a query (thank you Francois!), quality of the products, speed of delivery, value for money and the customer website with login has been first-class! It’s one of the most seamless customer journeys I have experienced in a long time. That’s why I bought a dinghy, returned to by an electric motor and then returned to buy all my accessories (fenders etc). As a UK buyer, I can’t praise these guys highly enough! Thank you.

I ordered a Haswing remote from this company. Couldn’t find any available in the US. I used PayPal and the currency was payed in USDollars. The response and shipping time was very good. FedEx was the carrier of the shipment.

Habe bei der Firma einen Personal Locator Beakon PLB bestellt und auch bekommen. Dann wollte ich ihn aber registrieren, doch das Gerät war bereits registriert. Die Firma konnte mir nicht sagen, wie diese Gerät schon registriert sein konnte, noch konnte es die Registrierung zurücksetzten, was mir die zuständige Registrierungsstelle empfohlen hat. Schon unangenehm bei einem sicherheitsrelevanten Ausrüstungsgegenstand. Am Ende musste ich das Gerät zurück senden. Das Geld habe ich daraufhin jedoch nicht zurück überwiesen bekommen, sondern einen Gutschein über den Betrag, der ein Jahr gültig ist. Damit ich jetzt anstatt einem Notpeielsender ein Kajak kaufen kann!?
Nach weiterer Rückfrage würde mir dann irgendwann doch der Betrag erstattet. Das ganze hat jetzt 5 Monate gedauert und viel Zeit und Nerven gekostet. Zumindest hat der Support sich gemeldet.

Product was supposed to be available after 5 days. I questioned after 10 days to be told it was "imminent". Then told (no apology) that it would take a month.
Customer service take an age, don't answer questions, don't escalate complaints, try to suggest that I need to pay more money. Not impressed.

Easy to use website, quick processing, delivery was smooth.
