Always great dealing with you as there is no fuss and in my recent purchase was extremely fast postage 🙏

Prices seems good which is what tempted me to make a purchase. After I paid, I was told that they didn't have the exact color for one item and asked me to choose another color. I did just that and now thinking my order was being processed I was excited to get it. A few weeks later he told me that the 2nd part of my order wouldn't be available until December without any sort of ETA and basically saying take it or leave it.
I made my original order mid October and im still waiting. Prices are good by service is less than par.

Horrible experience. I ordered a wet suit, it tore at first use and they could not replace it with a new one.
Now they don’t want to give me the money back but only offer a voucher for their shop. This is against the law..

AVOID. It’s been nothing but deceit with this company. The climbing harness I purchased was listed as “in stock” when it wasn’t. It took 2 weeks to arrive. When it arrived, I discovered that I was sent a size 2 instead of a size 1. Customer service then tried convincing me the size 2 should fit me after I informed them of my measurements. I guess having me endanger my life by wearing a harness that can slip past my hips is an acceptable alternative to the complications of return shipping. On top of all that, it takes days for customer service to respond back to my emails. What an absolutely shameful and unprofessional experience.

Detailed description of the product on the website. Clear communication regarding the shipping process. I could track my order. Arrivwd exactly in the stated timeframe. Overall an easy and comfortable shopping experience.

I have ordered maintenance kit for my Jabsco marine toilet and I got a suspiciously big box, which I opened before the eyes of the courier (he said the box is damaged so I may want to open it). It contained some bag of candies and filling materials. I doubt it was an accident since nootica doesn't sell candies and why should anyone buy candies in a huge box instead of the near grocery store. I gave back the box to the courier and asked for a refund. Still I have a feeling I am scammed but if I get refund let you know.

EDIT: today GLS called me, it was their fault and got the ordered package. I changed my one star to five star, since there wasn't any real problem on the side of nootica.

Cxl a very expensive item send e mails about this cancelation and they still charge my American express for a thousand dollar.

They sent wrong parts and would not refund or send correct parts. Customer service is non existent, they take your money and dont want to know when things go wrong. Avoid this company.

Je commence à douter de plus en plus de NOOTICA. Sur leur site il est noté "pas de stress, retour facile" mais aussi "satisfait ou remboursé" C’est loin d’être le cas. Le retour n’est pas facile et au lieu du remboursement ils vous font un avoir. Ils notent dans le mail "remboursement par avoir" (propos confus) Ce n’est pas ce qui est dit sur le site et pas non plus ce que j’avais coché dans leur document de demande de retour. Je vais donc relancer Nootica. Je n’aurais jamais passé commande si j’avais connu ces difficultés. De plus le numéro de téléphone donné en contact est erroné.

Très mauvaise expérience. Le site Nootica à fuir! Kayak reçu non conforme avec une déchirure au niveau de soudage de la vessie latérale droite. Demande de retour et les photos envoyées le jour de la réception de la commande. Aucune réponse du service SAV ! Impossible de les joindre.

Nootica has no shame at all.
I’ve been shopping with them for a couple of years and had spent close to a thousand €. My last purchase was a carbon fibre kayak paddle which came with tips on both blades shattered. I had contacted them straight after unpackaging, sent images of the damage and advised package was intact with no signs of any damage, so it was packed damaged.
After a couple of days, they requested to see packaging, and I told them, that box taken a part and prepared to be recycled. I took pictures of cardboard box flattened, and advised once again, that packaging was intact.
They had responded, that because packaging is fine, and manufacturer wants nothing to do with it there is nothing they can do for me. Offered protector strips, for the broken blades as a solution and a “sincere apology” …
Customer support is useless, they replay whenever they decide, and it can take days to get anything back from them.
Be aware – it’s OK until something goes wrong, and once it goes wrong its you who’s going to suffer financial loss.
A disgrace of a company! Newer again!
