We booked our first tour with Nomades in July 2026 in San Pedro de Atacama.
The whole booking process and the communication with the agency went easily and smoothly.
We booked other tours as well in San Pedro. Likewise, we were very satisfied with the procedure.
Unfortunately, we had to cancel one tour, but it was no problem and Nomades dealt with it quickly and in a very professional way.
It went without saying that in our next holiday in September in Iquique we booked all our tours with the agency again. They were organised excellently as it had been before. We especially appreciate the broad knowledge of both guides, Benjamin and Erich, in Humberstone and in the city tour as well. It was gainful. They took their time for all of our questions without any time pressure.
For our upcoming holiday in December in La Serena we will also book our trips at Nomades.
The agency was not recommended to us, we simply bumbed into it on the internet when surfing for tours for our holiday. We are really happy finding Nomades since we are provided a great service by them. We want to definitely recommend the agency to everybody who is looking for quality at reasonable prices.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Macarena and the entire team!

For some of us, this was our very first time seeing snow, which made the experience incredibly special for our family. After our flights were cancelled and our trip got off to a very difficult start, Macarena and her team went above and beyond to make everything possible and ensure we could still enjoy a truly unforgettable experience.

From collecting our ski clothes, to the transfer and ski lesson, everything was organised smoothly and was great fun. The team were incredibly kind, helpful and professional throughout.

Thank you so much to Macarena and the whole team for helping create such a special family memory. We are truly grateful!

The services of Nomades allowed me to organize all my trip to San Pedro de Atacama in a very smooth and seamless way. It was really confortable and the logistic behind was really good, all the tours were really well organized and the transfers too. So it basically allowed me to discover the desert and all the wonderful places in the zone. I would totally recommend it.

Contacté a la agencia para hacer todos los tours en San Pedro de Atacama. Eramos un grupo de 16 personas, incluidos niños y adultos mayores. Nos asesoraron en que tours realizar y fueron excelente. Fuimos a lugares maravillosos, aptos para todos. Los tour a tiempo, con snacks y con guía incluido. Salio todo super bien, superando nuestras expectativas. Los recomiendo 100%!

Minha experiência foi muito positiva. O processo de compra foi simples, rápido e bem organizado. Recebi todas as informações necessárias e o atendimento foi excelente, sempre prestativo para tirar dúvidas. Realmente las excursiones que te ofrecen son con empresas de la zona bien preparadas, respetuosas, amables.

Do not recommend this company. They cancelled my trip to magdalena islands scheduled for 4th feb 2026 citing bad weather. The weather that day was good, I am aware the ferry ran as normal as other passengers did the trip. I have not received my refund and am still awaiting a response to my email. Nicola Hazelwood

Made different reservation for some tours in the Atacama desert (Chile) and had no problems at all. This big internet agency comunicates with local travel agencies for the tour service and it was awesome. Maybe, to be more relaxed, the local agencies should comunicate in advance with the costumer through whatsapp and not just some hours before

Do not trust this company. They will steal your money, lie to you that you'll receive information "in a few minutes" to then never hear from them again. I'm now having to go through the headache of opening a chargeback through my credit card company to try and reclaim my stolen money. Absolute SCAM of a company.

What an unforgettable experience hiking 5604m up the Andes with Juan Pablo. Truly magnificent. The whole trip from start to finish was just so much fun, I felt very safe and learnt so much because of Juan Pablo, who is just such a personable and knowledgable fellow with a deep passion for high altitude hiking. What an amazing ambassador for the Andes. So glad I did this!
