We are truly sorry to read about your disappointment, and we fully understand how frustrating it is to still be waiting for your bike.
As we have explained several times, once the product leaves our facility, the handling and timing of the delivery are entirely managed by the shipping company. Unfortunately, their operations are independent from ours, and delays can sometimes occur despite our constant efforts to ensure punctual shipments.
What we can assure you is that we have shipped your order within the agreed timeframe and have been actively committed to mediating with the carrier from the very beginning. We have done everything possible to speed up the process and resolve an issue that was not caused by us, but by the logistics provider.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this situation has caused you.
Please know that we are always on the front line to support our customers, and your satisfaction remains our top priority. We will continue to monitor your case closely until your bike is finally delivered.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. Should you need any further assistance, we are here for you at any moment.
Great bike and service!

NOKO VULCANO

Fine customer service
Ordering was easy and simple.
Customer support was great!
Thank you Federica.
The way the NOKO Light bicycle is prepared to ship and ready to assemble was also good.
Since ordering my delivery time was over one month... I expected this, so no problem for me.
However, if I didn't call customer service after 14 working days since I ordered I might have waited for 2-3 months for the bicycle.
The website could have listed if NOKO have batteries in stock before ordering.
Also, one important information to know about the bicycle is missing on your website. Noko Light uses cadence and not torque sensor like most of NOKO ebikes.
Overall, fine service.

Thank you very much for sharing your detailed feedback.
We’re glad to hear that the ordering process felt easy and that our customer support, especially Federica, was able to assist you effectively. We’re also happy that the packaging and assembly experience met your expectations.
We appreciate your patience regarding the delivery time, and we’re sorry for any inconvenience caused by the lack of updates. Your suggestion about showing battery availability on the website is very valuable, and we will take it into consideration to improve transparency for future orders.
Thank you as well for pointing out the information about the cadence sensor on the NOKOLIGHT. Feedback like yours helps us make our product descriptions clearer and more complete. Enjoy your new NOKOLIGHT, and feel free to contact us anytime if you need assistance!

Excelente calidad/precio

NokoUrban: The Perfection!!! :-D
I had the opportunity to pick up the bike directly at the factory where I was welcomed by Federica from customer care (kind and knowledgeable). The site is truly fantastic. I asked to change the handlebar (an aesthetic choice) and they accommodated me. The very skilled mechanic made the replacement and a test. I tried the bike on site and it was a surprise beyond my expectations. After a week of use, I can say: comfortable bike, very light, fast, practical, durable, dynamic, versatile in every condition. Powerful brakes. High quality frame and components. No detail was overlooked. A true high-quality Italian bike. I used it to go to the padel club, to do grocery shopping (the right accessories are important), to go to work, for training. It is a very sporty urban bike with a frame that is still comfortable. The FSA motor with torque sensor together with the SRAM 11-speed gear allows you to manage battery duration by balancing effort between legs and motor. This is a bike that allows a cyclist to train by extending their distance and average elevation, for those who want to start approaching cycling, for those returning from injury, for all ages. I recommend it to everyone. BikeToEveryWhere

Bici Urban, un orgoglio made in Italy
Grazie a Noko!!

So far so good
I have so far ridden my new Noko Magna only 20km so far but it was great experience yet! Anyway the waiting was real suffer if you can't wait to receive your new bike. :-) I can compare with recently purchased Fiido for my mom, where the bike came within few days since order placed. But I understand if Noko had to build the bike first. Anyway, there could be some stock to shorten the waiting time. Delivery by Fedex was super fast and courier helped me with the box into my car.

Thank you so much for your kind feedback and for sharing your first impressions of your new NOKOMAGMA! We’re very happy to hear that you’re already enjoying the ride and that the delivery experience with FedEx went smoothly. We also truly appreciate your patience during the waiting period.
Allow us to shed some light on the meticulous craftsmanship involved in creating our 100% Made in Italy e-bikes, as well as how processing time operates at NOKO, to provide you with a clearer understanding of why your order, like every NOKO e-bike, requires this essential time for processing.
Our NOKO frames are carefully manufactured and painted in our Italian facilities, and then each bike is meticulously assembled by our team of specialized technicians with the utmost care and attention to detail. While this approach does entail a longer processing time compared to mass-produced items, it guarantees the delivery of a high-quality, uniquely crafted Made in Italy product.
We hope this explanation helps you better understand our process, and we are confident that your NOKOMAGMA will continue to give you many great rides! 🚴♂️✨

Choose proper time to order your bike, not in August
My fault , I place order on August 14th. So slow reaction from your side as everybody in Italy. I've received my bike after 1 month

Thank you for your feedback and for your patience. We truly regret the delay, in August many businesses in Italy slow down due to the summer holidays, and this unfortunately affected our shipping times. We’re glad you finally received your bike and we hope you enjoy it! We’ll keep working to improve our service.
