I was unhappy but the excellent follow up from the customer service had me change my mind
Went on a roller coaster but in the end can’t compliment enough Fie for her brilliant follow up and customer service.
She really did an amazing job so it made me switch from 1 to 5 stars!
Can’t wait to receive the jacket, will happily share my thoughts about the product!

I would not recommend. Bad customer service.
I would not recommend to purchase anything from this website. I needed help and spoke to customer support about the issue. They just said they can’t do anything about it, when they had all the means to easily fix it. Instead they just said “we can’t do anything”.

Con artists - do not order here!
To even call what this company offers „customer service” is blasphemy!
They started sending me payment reminders for an order that was returned more than 2 months ago - just finger pointing, no support. I’ve checked with DHL, they’re 100% certain the issue is on NN07‘s part, most likely it was lost in the warehouse.
Now I’m paying for an order that I returned to avoid further fees, which is of course a great business model for this brand. Anders Rahr and company should feel ashamed!

Your DHL tracking number remains inactive, preventing us from initiating a case for your package. Despite efforts with our warehouse and DHL, tracing your package has been with no successful outcomes.
Moreover, your inability to provide a purchase receipt or identify the used label hinders progress. We understand your frustration, but without a valid receipt, we cannot proceed with a refund.

Bad quality and bad claim management
I have sent a describtion of the fault and pictures of it and didn't get a customer friendly answer.
The quality of the product was very bad, it tore at some places at the first try on.
Even within one year after the purchase NN07 doesn't have a good claim management.

Hul, hul, hul….
Har købt tre poloer, hvor der i alle tre er gået hul samme sted ved mærket i nakken inden for det første halve år. Jeg har også haft et par jeans, som efter maksimalt 10 gange brug, også var “slidt” ned. Kvaliteten af tøjet er dårlig og bæredygtigheden derfor ikke eksisterende. Køb fra andre mærker.
Svar: Det gjorde jeg inden, jeg skrev her. Men det fik jeg ikke så meget ud af. Derfor dette opslag.

Consumer Rip-Off
Don't buy anything there! Totally bad material quality at completely unrealistic prices! The worst thing is that NN07 doesn't respond to complaints! This is systematic rip-off and fraud!

I bought around 14 pairs of Marco 1400…
I bought around 14 pairs of Marco 1400 chinos in various colors, 10 of these developed a vertical tear at the exact same spot right next to the rear pocket. Not what you expect from a product in this price segment.

Lack of repairement options after the…
Lack of repairement options after the two years guarantee,. Sadly the jacket was sold very expensive for being waterproof and resilient, which failed after a year . The company 's sustainability policy is to simply throw it and buy a new one since the two years of guarantee have passed

Dårlig kundeservice og kvalitet
Jeg må desværre tilslutte mig, de mange anmeldelser om dårlig kvalitet og kundeservice. Købte en GOLF8181, vinterjakke, som allerede efter 1 år er ved at gå op i materialet utalligesteder. Materialet virker lynhurtigt slidt, og generelt af ringe kvalitet.
Alt bliver afvist på “slid” - selvom jakken måske har været brugt 3-4 måneder i perioden.

Dårlig kvalitet af tøjet
Havde en sweatshirt og et par hørbukser derfra og efter blot 1-2 vask efter anvisninger, skrumpede sweatshirten og bukserne sprækkede efter brug.
Pænt tøj, og god service i butikken, tøjet holder slet ikke i længden.

Fik den allerbedste service hos NN07 i…
Fik den allerbedste service hos NN07 i deres butik i indre København. Skulle finde julegave til min mand, som ikke rigtigt ønsker sig noget og fandt de fedeste outfits ved hjælp af Nikolaj, som gav en helt ekstraordinær god service. For det første var han yderst behagelig at tale med og derudover ekstremt kyndig og vidende omkring stoffer, produkter etc. Det er bestemt ikke sidste gang jeg handler derinde.

Customer service / after care is terrible. Don’t buy here.
Bought a polo and after washing it once using the instructions provided it shrunk a lot. Instead of accepting the return / replace it the company keeps asking things like take photos. And then to measure everything and take more photos. Joke of a company. Premium price, no service.

I tried to advertise a short sleeve sweatshirt, Toby, citing poor quality elastic. I was rejected for my advertisement stating that I have mistreated the shirt, which is strange as I have only washed it according to the garment's instructions.

Great Customer Service
I have ordered at NN07 and had some initial issues with the delivery from the side of DHL, however Christian provided excellent customer service. He was very competent, fast to respond and resolved all issues.
