My experience was with Kylie Easau who was excellent to deal with. Kylie was friendly, knowledgeable and detail oriented. She made the unpleasant experience of being in an accident tolerable.

Please note that the people affiliated with NJM Insurance Group like first on-site are excellent. And I give them 10 stars, but people like my agent is nowhere to be found. When I make a phone call a text or an email? No response with them, almost never. If it wasn't for first on site and jess, nothing would have gotten done. I have to believe. O's, a client needs is a little Pat. On the back saying we got your back. But your agents do not do that. They go through the affiliates to say what they want to say. So they don't have to talk to you, which is bad for your company

My car was hit by a NJM insured driver in February 2026, I was told by G.kayla I could go to entprise and get a loaner car while my car gets repaired, at Enterprise i was told i would have to pay for the car coverage which NJm , is supposed to issue me while my car gets repaired. I contacted G Kayla and she said my insurance should cover that cost,I only have livability coverage for my car which means I would have to pay out of my pocket, So only way I can get car service is to take time of work drop the car at the repair center and wait. In mean time, I am losing out on pay And to make more stressful I just recived a letter saying I recived a cheque for my repair in amount of $903.93,which I have not ,as I have not been able to the repair shop to get the correct evaluation.

The repair was perfect and the detailing made my car look like new
