NJM is an excellent insurer
Easy claims reporting after the accident. The claims processor told me exactly what was going to happen and it did. Assigned an adjuster to me and she got in touch with me in a couple of hours. Communicated extremely well with the body shop, Caliber Collision. Overall, an excellent experience that defines great customer experience during a stressful event.

She was tough to get a hold of via email, text or phone call every time I called. I had to speak to the supervisor due to her being off one day at the garage where the police towed my car.

Instead of rewarding, I got punished
As a good customer and driver, they rewarded me by going up on my premium by $750. No tickets, no claims the 20 years I've been with them.
