Your adjustor immediately made the claim 50-50 with the person who hit my son because based on the fact that we were both NJM customers. We had to pull the videos, pull the police video through OPRA and prove the man not only him my son, but left the scene as well. It took over 6 weeks to sort out and prove we were not liable.
