I submitted a claim sustained from a falling tree. NJM was prompt in contacting me, arranging an appraisal with one of their preferred shops (which also happened to be one my dealer recommended), and rental car voucher. Once the repairs were completed, NJM promptly paid the claim. Outstanding service!

My storm damage claim was denied based on a minor policy exclusion, and despite my request for reconsideration, the adjuster declined to revisit the decision. Attempting to obtain assistance has been extremely difficult, as it has been challenging to reach the appropriate representatives, and I have repeatedly been told that staff members are unavailable or on vacation.
Additionally, the repair estimate provided is outdated and does not accurately reflect current construction and material costs. The estimate falls significantly short of what it would realistically cost to complete the necessary repairs in today’s market!

Cancelled insurance with no warning. When called to review even though no claims were made was refused to continue insurance unless insured with another company for 6 months.

I am very impressed with the support team. They were polite, fast, and resolved my issue on the first try.

they wasted my time, spent a lot of time on the phone with one of their agents, they said they would send a quote to my email. Didn't send anything. I spent the day looking for it and called back the next day and now they say they don't cover it. They wasted hours of my time and I would still be waiting for that email if I didn't call they had no intention of informing me of the withdrawal of their offer. bad customer service from unknowledgeable staff.
