Good insurance for auto, home , reliable
Overall we have been customer with njm over 10+ years. Easy to work with, good with the claims processing. We use for both home and auto, regularly receive dividends. Only one small thing, njm is very strict, if you get a ticket/accident they raise price so much that you may need to force to switch(I guess that is with every other insurance). Overall you can rely on them.

When I first called MJ to notify them…
When I first called MJ to notify them of the hit-and-run accident that happened to me I was very destroyed. I wasn’t in control of my emotions and I started to cry, my Claims address. The Jeanett Smith was the best. She really put my mind to ease. I was able to calm down and have a conversation with her, letting her know exactly what happened. Before she even started telling me about my claim, she took the time to make sure that I was OK and able to speak with her on the phone concerning that matter that’s what makes the difference when you’re calling and the place you’re calling only wants the facts but when she stopped to hear how I was doing it made the whole conversation better and I would like to thank her for that Miss Jeanetta Smith

In regards to my minor vehicle accident…
In regards to my minor vehicle accident of July 17, in which a local garbage truck hit my car, Sherri reached out and helped my wife and I regarding our claim in a professional and timely manner. From the outset, we knew that we could not get everything to our satisfaction, due to it being a public entity that was involved. Sherri did what she could in our view.
