Everyone took care of all details I…

Everyone took care of all details I had no problems except after picking up car the air did not work . I had extended warranty which repaired the unit . Thank you Edward Feeley

First Timer

The response to my claim for damages was very quick. The assessment was not quite thorough but everything was taken care of eventually. Now I'm just waiting to see if my rates will increase.

Great Experience

Chelsea Q was super helpful. She explained our options very clearly, and we were able to keep our car. Everybody at NJM have been very helpful and kind to us as we went through the claims process.

Acceptable (Meets the minimum standards, but no more)

For many years, I held the impression that NJM customer service, and claim service, set the standards of excellence.

Sadly, it appears that NJM has recently adopted many of the features of an average insurance company, almost as if it is on track to transform itself to an average company.

I hope that NJM would soon make, serious and significant, improvements in order to reclaim the position of excellence.

Fast service

The company was fast in responding to our situation with not only all 3 vehicles but also our home. Each representative was concerned about our safety and truly wanted to make this horrible situation easy as possible. Thanks to all who helped us.
