Sorry We Ever Switched From Liberty Mutual
Our truck was hit from behind by a neighbors teenager one night at 11 PM when it was parked in front of our house and we were inside watching TV. From start to finish we were treated as if we had done something wrong. The settlement claim was outrageous. The truck was totaled which it really didn’t need to be and we decided to keep the truck and only get $4000. We were told that it would’ve cost over $14,000 to fix. We fixed it ourselves for $6700. The attitude of this woman was just terrible. We are so sorry we ever switched from liberty mutual who we were with for over 20 years.

i was happy with my adjuster and his advice. my car was done relatively fast. retal car agency chaufeured me to and from the auto body site. glad i decided to put claim through insurance. now i am just hoping this claim will not affect my premium going forward.
