I like this Dental Group because staff is courteous and you don't have one person wearing many hats. There are individual doctors for certain types of procedures.

Dear Dental Health Associates:Irvingtin,NJ Office,
Your an excellent place of business for dental work. My only complaint and this this is a big complaint is that there is no judgements for all of the work done in my mouth to the muslim religion that I can and should visiblelly see. Also there needs to be visible differences of improvement within my mouth and teeth and or solutions that grant improvement charged to the people (people can equal me)and there children( children can equal teeth). I might have to transfer myself to the State of NJ Dental Office @ University Hospital for better health of my mouth and teeth.

I go to the office in Phillipsburg. Dr. Baskies is an amazing general dentist! He always makes you smile with his cheesy jokes and helps keep your nerves at ease!

The hygienist was amazing! She’s gentle and she consistently checks to make sure you’re doing ok.

The front desk staff is very friendly and inviting!

Also, the office is always clean. It’s nice to walk into an office and have the place in a nice organized and clean smelling shape.

I love my dentist Dr. Johnson. He is very professional and so very personable. This dental office was my childhood orthodontist. I returned to this office back in 2006 and now all of my children are here. My daughter doesn't want anyone but Dr. Johnson working on her. I love that the office is not overly packed the way it used to be. We aren't waiting for nearly 2 hours to be seen. My wait time this time around was only 15minutes (while they checked my insurance). What can be improved is the 24 hour call confirmation call prior to your appointment. That didn't happen for me this time around. All in all, much better service and not too crowded.

The Orthodontist is very very rude and has no patience. He truly doesn’t know how to talk to people and depending on what insurance you carry is the treatment that you receive. The other staff are not as bad, however the customer service really sucks as well. Will not be getting anymore services from this place if business after my child is done with treatment.And no I would not recommend this place to anyone else.
