We sent back for refund pair of Airforce we both for our daughter as size didn't match. We sent it by AnPost on August 14 and according the shipment tracking the parcel was delivered on August 17. After waiting for a week we contacted customer service about refund where we were told that parcel never arrived. As advised we sent an email with attached anpost invoice and tracking history. After a few days we received an email stating refund is rejected as they have no evidence that item was delivered to them. We contacted customer service again and after a long conversation Nike confirmed that their system provided wrong information and according anpost tracing history item was received. We were asked to send another email with attached anpost invoice and they will proceed with refund. The very next day we received an email stating....refund is rejected as they have no evidence that item was delivered to them.

I used to wear and buy from Nike all the time, now I can't stand them.

Most of the time I see, clothes is made from polyester, Shoe Raffles can't be won, SNKRS is garbage same like most of their stuff, Birthday discount can't be used for almost anything I wanted, always says "This product is excluded from site promotions and discounts."
Today I tried to get Travis Scott's AJ 1 and of course I took an L, my payment didn't want to go through, I woke up for nothing.
Again tried to buy something, just kept saying ERROR and it got sold out. Nike SNKRS is such a TRASH.

I've bought the R4 shox recently in different colours - I used to get them back in the day and they'd last for years. Every pair has worn down , creaking when walking in them. Really cheaply made compared to the old styles. I wouldn't buy any again even for 50% off. Done with Nike. Same with the Pegasus - squeaking after 2 weeks when walking - 200 euro for them . 0 stars.

I ordered a jacket from Nike online, exchanged it for a smaller size once it arrived but when the exchange arrived the jacket had clearly been already worn. It smelled extremely strongly of cheap aftershave, some of the tags had been removed and to top it off there was a ketchup packet in the pocket. Nike are clearly passing off used clothing as new, illegal under EU law. Customer service were useless and didn’t seem to care at all, offering €20 ‘compensation’ if I wanted to keep the jacket. Extremely disappointing.

I ordered 8 pairs of shoes online for my family. Only received 6 pairs in one box two same size of shoes were missing. Immediately rang the customer service and was asked to take pictures of the box and shoes received. Later to get the email that I was not going to get my refund yet shoes were never delivered. I feel so disappointed for a big brand like Nike. I felt robbed!

Ordered online. Got a “PACKAGE HAD AN EXCEPTION” notice a few days later. No delivery- no further information. Trying to find out what has happened has been a time wasting nightmare. First and last time buying from this outlet.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Shocking customer service. Waiting on a delivery and no sign. Had to chase it up and still waiting on a refund 2 weeks later.

Before I even finished processing the payment, I was told to expect delivery by August 21st.... that's why I ordered it!

It didn't arrive on the 21st.
It didn't even arrive on the 22nd.
It was wanted for this weekend.

Don't promise what you have no intention of delivering (pun accidental!).

I recently returned a pair of faulty runners, and the process has been unnecessarily frustrating. My first two calls with customer service lasted over 1.5 hours, during which I was instructed to send the shoes back. After inspection, they confirmed the fault and offered a gift card refund.

However, since then, I’ve encountered repeated issues with receiving the refund email. Initially, there seemed to be a problem sending it to my Hotmail address, so I provided a Gmail address instead. Despite this, your team has been unable to successfully forward the email. After calling two days in a row, I was told it might take "a few more days" to resolve this simple task.

At this point, it’s hard to understand why forwarding an email is so complicated—perhaps your team could use some assistance, even from AI, if this is the level of difficulty involved.

I would appreciate immediate resolution and confirmation once the refund has been processed

My issue began in September 2024 with a pair of Nike Air Max shoes that I purchased in April 2024 from another store. Despite normal daily use—primarily walking—the shoes developed a tear on the top part. I contacted Nike about the defect, and they requested I send the shoes back to them, which I did in September 2024.

Since then, I have not received a refund or a resolution. I’ve reached out to Nike countless times. During my last interaction, I was told via email that I would receive a gift card within 24 hours. It has now been over two weeks, and I still haven’t received anything.

This experience has completely shattered my trust in Nike. Most of my shoes are Nike, and I’ve been a loyal Nike member since 2009. However, after this ordeal, I will do my best to avoid their products in the future.

I have been trying to get a refund for 3 pairs of shoes I returned. I cannot talk to anyone who helps. The customer service on the phone is useless. I cant get any info on my issue, no names are given when requested, no ticket number and no followup email. Its a disaster. I do not know if there is a way to talk or email someone who will have a helpful conversation. Im never going to buy online from them again.

I wish I could give a minus one star for how awful this shopping experience is.
I ordered a pair of shoes 12 days ago. The shoes were never dispatched. I have spent days trying to get an answer out of the customer service 'chat' as to where they are, or even to simply get a refund. I still don't have my money back.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced ever. I will 100% never shop with them again

I’ve had a terrible experience with Nike’s customer service, both in-store and online, regarding a defective product return.

I purchased a pair of Nike shoes in April 2024 and began using them in December 2024. After only a few jogs, the shoes started wearing out on the side, and the damage has only gotten worse. When I contacted Nike’s online support for a replacement, I was told to visit the store where I purchased the shoes.

Following their advice, I went to the store (Blanchardstown, Dublin)and spoke to the staff (Manager Dan and another representative Sara). They refused to help, stating they can only process returns for products purchased within one month and insisted I contact online support again. When I returned to online support, they repeated the same instructions to go to the store.

I’ve now been bounced back and forth between in-store and online support multiple times, with no resolution in sight. The lack of accountability and proper guidance is extremely disappointing, especially from a brand like Nike.

As a loyal customer, I expected better support for a defective product. I’m left frustrated and unsure about how to proceed. Nike needs to seriously improve its customer service processes to avoid such experiences.

Would not recommend buying from Nike if you expect proper after-sales service or support for product issues.

I bought à air force 1 for my daughter yesterday and she love it

Very low quality products and customer service! To this day I have bought 13 pairs of shoes through the Nike app, some of them are the same model on different colours. The shoes bought later I could notice that the material used are of lower quality, but the price is the same or higher!
On 03/06/2024 I complained about a pair of shoes and they told me to return the item, after receiving they would refund me in 3 to 9 working days. The parcel was delivered by a post on 01/07/2024 but I still didn’t get the refund!
And now they don’t reply to me in the app chat anymore.

Awful customer service! Was promised I would receive a call back from a manager within 24-48 hours. 600 hours later I’m still waiting and after contacting there support around 50 times they keep telling me the same thing - expect a call back within 24-48 hours! Guess what - still NO CALL BACK!

I’ve ordered several things over the last few years and find this company really good to deal with. Firstly free, fast delivery and free returns…. No hassle.
Secondly, an order was lost and they immediately refunded and gave a credit note in compensation!
Their products are top quality, but sizing is a little unpredictable! I really wanted some of the items I had to return
