Their products are great but unfortunately the customer services id TERRIBLE! One of my orders, one out of two, got lost in transit or it was never send. After numerous tries to contact customer service, chat, phone and email I never got a respond!

I placed an order on 24 March and, despite the advertised delivery time of 3–4 days, it has now been over 3 weeks and I still have not received my package.
The order was only dispatched on 10 April, and that happened only after I had submitted a complaint to the Niche Beauty Lab customer service team. Five days later, the tracking number shows that the shipment has not yet entered the courier system (CTT).
When I contacted NBL customer services, I was told there were "slight delays" due to a spring sale. I'm sorry, but is a delay of over 3 weeks really "slight"?
Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced delays with Niche Beauty Lab. Every time I order, there are delays, with a minimum waiting time of around 2 weeks, which is unreasonable for delivery to Portugal.
The products themselves are excellent, which is why I kept coming back despite these issues. However, this time it has gone too far. I will not be ordering from this company again.

love the products, however horrible customer service. no response in an appropriate amount of time, no help at all. a package was returned due to faulty tracking information and information provided from the shipping company; i was still charged for the return, even though it wasn't my fault. will not be purchasing off the website itself again.

Awful service overall. Dont buy from them. I bought products and the products were not sent and costumer service is non existent. So they take the money and no products.

Am 23.03. habe ich meine Bestellung im Sale abgegeben, bis heute (13.04.) ist nichts angekommen. Der letzte Stand im Tracking des Pakets ist, dass die Sendungsinformationen an das Shipping Unternehmen weitergegeben wurde, es ist aber nichts zu sehen ob das Paket tatsächlich losgeschickt wurde.
Ich finde man kann schon erwarten, dass eine Bestellung innerhalb von 2,5 Wochen bei einem ankommt. Der Kundenservice ist bisher leider auch überhaupt nicht hilfreich.

The customer service is non-existing, they use false marketing regarding shipping times and even make false shipment updates! According to instagram, many customers have NOT recieve their orders after several weeks and the company is not communicating at all. I have tried to contact them now for a few day - ZERO answers.

I urge everyone who have problems with this company and who lives in the EU to make a formal complaint to the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net). If they don't listen to their customers, perhaps they will listen to the authorities.

Habe vor 10 Tagen bestellt, Bestellung wir immer noch "vorbereitet", Geld wurde gleich abgebucht, auf meine E-Mail wurde nicht geantwortet.

Ich bestelle schon lange meine Pflegeprodukte bei Niche Beauty Lab. Ja, die Lieferzeiten waren anfangs echt lang. Aber das hat sich deutlich verbessert. Zudem möchte ich den Kundenservice des Unternehmens loben. Ich hatte mal ein Problem mit der Verpackung eines Lichtschutzfaktors. Der Kundenservice hat schnell und außerordentlich Freundin reagiert. Und zudem kulant gehandelt.

Los productos de esta marca son una maravilla. Además tienen muy buenos precios y envío gratis siempre. Si tienes alguna duda, te responden rápidamente por Instagram o por e-mail. Se la recomiendo a todo el mundo.

Tolle Produkte, schneller Versand, Reklamation lief auch schnell und reibungslos - rund um tolles Unternehmen :)

Auf die Mail sofort geantwortet. Die Problematik superschnell, ohne Konflikte gelöst. Ich bin echt super begeistert.

Habe schon mehrfach hier bestellt, kaufe im Grunde genommen 90% meiner Hautpflegeprodukte hier.
Weil die Produkte hochwertig und in einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sind.

Wohlwissend, dass der Anbieter in Spanien sitzt und insbesondere bei Sales-Aktionen völlig überrannt wird, plane ich entsprechende Lieferzeiten ein. Lief bisher alles im Rahmen, Lieferungen per DHL waren für mich immer transparent und komfortabel (Liefertag verschieben, Lieferung an einen Shop). Kann mich hier nicht beklagen.

Produktinformationen sind sehr transparent und umfassend auf der Homepage hinterlegt, der Bestellprozess unkompliziert und transparent. Den Kundenservice musste ich darum noch nie in Anspruch nehmen.

Zusammenfassend: Bin sehr dankbar, daß es diesen Anbieter gibt und weiß es zu schätzen, daß er trotz seinem vermutlich schnellem Wachstum seinen Anspruch an Qualität und Quantität halten konnte bisher. Danke nach Spanien.

"I am beyond disappointed with the official Theramid website. This brand claims to be premium, but their online store operates like a data-harvesting scam.
First, they advertise a 25% student discount, but their system makes it impossible to verify a legitimate student email from an Italian high school. It is a complete hurdle designed to make you give up and pay full price.
Second, their 'Welcome' discounts (10%) and Newsletter codes (15%) are a total Clickbait. I registered, shared my personal data, and subscribed to their emails, yet NOT A SINGLE promo code worked in the basket. The price remains exactly the same at checkout.
This is a textbook example of False Advertising. They trick people into registering and giving away their personal information under the promise of discounts that technically do not exist.
Shame on you, Theramid. A reputable European brand should not rely on such cheap, dishonest marketing tactics. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this website. They don't respect their customers' time or their own promises

Ich habe vor zwei Wochen eine Bestellung (2181740) aufgegeben und zunächst auch eine Bestellbestätigung inklusive Sendungsverfolgung erhalten. Leider führt die angegebene Sendungsnummer bis heute zu keiner gültigen Information auf der DHL-Seite – seit über 10 Tagen erscheint dort lediglich der Hinweis, dass keine Daten gefunden werden können.

Zusätzlich habe ich seit meiner Bestellung keinerlei weitere Rückmeldung vom Kundenservice erhalten. Das ist besonders enttäuschend, da ich die negativen Bewertungen im Vorfeld bewusst ignoriert habe, um mir ein eigenes Bild zu machen.

Inzwischen muss ich leider sagen, dass auch ich von den Problemen betroffen bin. Ich hoffe sehr, dass sich der Kundenservice bald meldet und eine Klärung erfolgt.

Sehr gute, moderne clean Cosmetic mit sehr gutem Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr guter Kundenservice dazu.

Die Ware wurd einfach nicht versendet. Es dauert Wochen bis man das Geld zurück bekommt. Es grenzt für mich an Betrug. Schriftliche Beschwerden werden nicht ernst genommen. Drei Bestellungen und drei mal nicht geliefert. Ich habe über vier Wochen gewartet und bin dann weitere vier Wochen meinem Geld hinterher gerannt.

Und bitte verschont mich hier von den Antworten, ich solle mich an den Kundenservice wenden- "sicherlich findet man eine Lösung!" Der Service ist Schrott, bekommt endlich euer Problem in den Griff, anstatt weitere Rabattaktionen zu bewerben.

Als Neuling im Bereich Skincare wurde ich hier wirklich bestens betreut. Besonders Julia hat sich viel Zeit genommen und mir auf Basis meiner bereits gekauften Produkte einen individuell abgestimmten Hautroutineplan erstellt. Die Beratung war kompetent, freundlich und sehr persönlich. Man merkt sofort, dass hier echtes Interesse am Kunden besteht.
Ich fühle mich gut aufgehoben und kann den Service absolut weiterempfehlen!

Very slow and very tricky. They email very kindly but do nothing at all. I was even more successful to follow up their shipping. It is written free shipping to Switzerland but they refunded less than the amount I paid. Although I sent all unopened immediately back because of their delayed delivery. In addition I must pay customs clearance of 20 Francs. Also I looked up some of their products in detail and both their eye repair complex and invisible sunscreen are including BHT, which I avoid as an ingredient for certain! I am not recommending this company at all!

Schneller Versand innerhalb von wenigen Tagen(bei Rabattaktionen dauert es ein bisschen länger), sehr freundlicher Kundenservice und tolle Produkte.

Ich habe nur positive Erfahrungen mit Niche Beauty Lab gemacht. Die Produkte sind sehr gut formuliert und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Den Kundenservice habe ich auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend erlebt.

Ich habe Anfang Dezember das Produkt Invisible Sunscreen SPF50+gekauft und kann es mittlerweile nicht mehr verwenden, da es sich sandig auf der haut anfühlt. Ich habe reklamiert, aber es wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass die Charge überprüft wurde das Produkt in Ordnung sei und meiner Reklamation nicht stattgegeben werden kann. Finde ich unverschämt.
