Scam company!!! Buyer beware. They will charge you instantly for what you want and ordered, then they will not ship the product blaming it on the courier. Once they charge you the hidden $45 subscription fee you didn't know about, then they "ship" your product. I am reporting here and everywhere I can find it on facebook. Do not buy from here. After a better review of what I was buying im glad I didn't get this dangerous product.

I was charged for an order I did not authorize. I tried to contact Whop*Neuropoise on the Neuropoise website but they have not responded.

This company is a big scam avoid 2 payments have been taken out of my account for 1 item then they add another item on no items have been sent everytime you email them you get the same repetitive response they have taken another payment out today for something that I haven't even ordered scammers

Company is a SCAM...Ordered product more than month ago and have not received it or the promised refund...Will never order or believe anything this company produces ever again...

Scam. Didn't sign up for recurring subscription. I never do that before trying. BUT received a second order and never have received the first order to date. They offered 50% refund if I would cancel the dispute with credit card but I didn't cancel. But did cancel the card. Total scam.

Total scam company. Same story as everyone else. Placed an original order that never came, then started getting charged for other orders I never authorized.

They “pre-select” you for a recurring subscription, with no way to opt out at the time of placing your first order, and no way to cancel from their website.

After many back and forth emails with someone named Chloe, they offered me first a 30%, then a 50%, then a 70% refund on a $124 order that I never placed.

The bank charges come from NY and WY, but later found out the company is in Wuhan, China.

Still trying to get a full refund from “Chloe”. She said she would cancel my subscription but I do not believe they will.

Cancelled my debit card, stopped any future payments to Neuropoise. Filed a Complaint with the FTC.

Do yourself a favor, save yourself the headache, and do not order anything from this company.

I was sent what they claim I ordered, yet the Gummies never turned my mouth blue and they just look like regular gummies. The free products were crap and when I showed them pictures, I was told they were bought though a third party and on sale, so they couldn't help me with my complaint! They are thieves!!!

Billed, haven't received order in 30 days. Just notified by the Credit Card company that Neuropoise just tried to charge me $144.00. The CC company is calling both chages fraud. Warning! Fraud!

Ordered vitamins from the website back in May still not received them,they then took a further payment for this month still no goods.
Impossible to contact them no number, just email and no response!
Clearly a scam.

Well I wish I’d visited here before buying!
Same story as everyone else, paid a discounted 3months worth. Never arrived. Seemingly lovely customer service response from ‘Chloe’ reassuring me after a month that she is personally escalating my order as it still hasn’t arrived. Several emails back and forth after more time passes, to wake today to an email notifying me of a full price charge of $138.18 (£99) for a further 3 months. Nowhere, did it state about a rolling subscription. I have emailed to cancel as there is NO option on their ‘website’ which is just the shopify handling site. Some serious action needs to be taken against these scammer, but also the sites that host them, ie Facebook and Instagram. Come on Meta, must do more!! Will contact my bank to hopefully reclaim funds but what a bunch of *****!!!

AVOID. It is obviously a scam company. never received any goods, replies are obviously AI generated

I ordered from here, after numerous emails asking where package is keep getting lied to. Still haven't got any product and then they took more money out of account to which obviously wont arrive. I sent a snotty email to get no answer. Phoned bank to say its fraud and start an investigation. Do your self a favour do not order anything from here its all a fraud

Product didn't arrive and they had the cheek to take out another payment after I had asked for a refund for the not received goods (which of course did not arrive.

I have never received my order and they promised me that they would cancel any further subscription or orders. Even though I have been constantly trying to get them to stop they keep lying and now they have the nerve to bill me for a second shipment when I never got the first order, just yesterday they said my subscription was CANCELLED and today I got a message that a second order is on the way. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

I'd give a negative score. Ordered 5/10/2026 1 package of Nattokinaise. It's been nearly a month they keep giving the story the carrier hasn't scanned the item into the system. Today I was charged again for a second package of Nattokinaise. I did not authorize this charge. I contacted my bank and said it was a fraudulent charge.
I'm so done with this scam company! Good riddance!

I give this so called company ZERO in my book Total scam ,First off I only wanted a one time sale product order ,As soon as I ordered I cancelled almost immediately ,Wrote the company took several days about Five for them to reply to my email I was pissed at this point ,I emailed back n forth for weeks generic replay always never any real satisfaction
,Explained to the lady that wrote me back
that I cancelled my order I wanted full refund ,We went back and forth almost a month , later finally got the product I opened the pkg, Not What I ordered ,Bag was gummies candy w/ 2 grams of sugar per peice , The bag was. Extremely vague and from a different company alltogether Not what was advertized No packing slip and sense i I don't trust this company ,I want use this product ,To Top it all off Absolutely no refund despite the company promised my 70% refund back to my bank which I should have never agreed to TOTAL SCAM.

Big liars and cons.
You pay them , you cancel . They ignore cancellation . They take payment . Never send methylene blue . This product will never arrive . As for refund you can forget that. Will never happen . And they will haggle for 30%, 40% even 70% refund all bullshit .
They are nothing but a disgraceful scam.

Never received my order, this company is a big deceitful scam ....don't order from them. They will steal your money.

I ordered supplements from this company paid for them not realising they took more money from my bank l sent them a email saying I want a refund but gave me some bull story l have not received the supplements and now I know l will never see them.I wish l read the reviews on trustpilot know better the next time. Don’t deal with this company absolute scammers they should be investigated and shut down immediately. Hugh
