Disappointment
First impressions - the box smelt wonderful. Unfortunately the large Feel Refreshed candle was smashed when received - everything else in the box was intact.
I contacted NEOM via their online form and have heard nothing back. I’ve contacted them again today so we will see…
To respond: I used the online “contact us”form twice! I am really disappointed as the candle smells divine but being smashed upon arrival it’s useless - and an expensive useless!

The mini waterless pod is portable and safe to use anywhere
The mini waterless pod is portable to be used in the house, car or anywhere. It's very much set and go as it turns itself off.
NEOM makes fantastic essential oil. I don't use other brand now.
HIghly recommended and it makes superb gifts. Difficult decision is which colour to choose.

I purchased the Tortoise Wellbeing Pod…
I purchased the Tortoise Wellbeing Pod in October for £109 as a treat for myself. Unfortunately, within a few months it stopped working entirely, no steam, no fragrance. After exhausting every suggested home fix, I contacted customer services to report the fault.
What followed has been an exhausting five-month process. I was asked to submit a video, which had to be sent via Facebook due to file size a method that then took weeks for the team to retrieve. After multiple video reviews and a replacement part that failed to resolve the issue, I was eventually asked to parcel up the unit and return it for assessment. It was then confirmed as faulty.
Despite three videos, several rounds of troubleshooting, and physically returning the product, I have been offered only an exchange or points on a card neither of which feels adequate given the time and effort this has cost me. I was also informed there is no one more senior to escalate my complaint to, which I find very difficult to accept.
This has been a thoroughly disappointing experience from a brand I had high hopes for. I would not recommend purchasing from them. VERY DISAPPOINTING

In order to assess and resolve faults as quickly as possible, we do require either clear evidence of the issue or for the product to be returned to us for inspection. We appreciate that this process can sometimes feel lengthy whilst we gather the information we need, however it’s an important part of ensuring we can provide the correct resolution and to treat all customers fairly.
We can confirm that your case was escalated and reviewed at the correct senior level. Once the item was returned and fully assessed, we were able to confirm the fault and provide a resolution in line with our warranty policy the next working day.
We’re sorry that the overall experience did not meet your expectations, and we do appreciate your feedback as it helps us review how we can continue to improve our processes.

Very quick response to query on neon mini defuser. Precise information enabling me to sort issue, which was done successfully, with further back up should remedy not have worked.

Neom will always hold a special place…
Neom will always hold a special place in my home. I have been a regular shopper for the last several years , and use all the products. the smell can be a little intense and for some overwhelming. however for me , I love that strong spa smell that last. little scent of luxury and I recommend it to everyone.

Luxury? More Like a Headache in a Bottle

Essentail oil called "Real luxury" is Absolutely awful. The scent smells cheap, outdated, and honestly disgusting — nothing “luxury” about it at all. I let a few friends smell it and every single person said it stinks.
honestly I wish I could swap it for a different oil instead. I only opened it to smell it and never even used it because the scent was that bad.
The fact that this oil is worth £25 is ridiculous. Completely overpriced and a total disappointment.

Issue with delivery
Issue with delivery. The item was ordered 2nd May on a 2-4 working day delivery promise and it is now the 13th of May and the item has been returned to sender and reissued. I missed my mums birthday. They reissued on a next day service which also never made it to recipient. They offered incentives to spend more (15% discount of next purchase and £5 credit - which I’ll never use). In the end I just got a refund after weeks of back and forth. Customer service advised no compensation for disruption due to be already having benefited from a saving from a sale item (which seems by the by to me). Wouldn’t order online and if I had to would order early to avoid disappointment and embarrassing missing of birthdays.

Excellent Customer Service …!!!
I have just moved home and during the mayhem of packing I lost a very small but very vital part to my Neom Wellbeing room diffuser. On contacting Neom they were absolutely brilliant and kindly supplied me with a new rubber funnel. It was so easy to deal with them and they had no problem solving my issue and at no cost too, It is amazing how a little missing rubber funnel stopped my room diffuser from working. I am absolutely delighted with this out come and look forward to my home and wellbeing ringing again of Neom scent, Thanks to Georgia and all who work to this end 😊
