Had my wellness pod for over 4 years now and it’s still doing great. I recently had a small issue that the customer service team were very helpful in fixing despite my pod being out of warranty , it was an easy fix that didn’t require any new parts (thank you Lauren!)

I had an issue with a product and it was resolved very efficiently by Lauren, thank you so much.

I have bought Neom products for years - the diffuser is amazing and I use it every day. I also use the Bedtime Hero pillow spray every night. But recently, the Customer Care team were so helpful when I made a mistake with a discount code. They answered me promptly and sorted everything out for me - thank you so much Neom!

Neom products are great quality. The scents are amazing. Higher price range but they do deliver and perform. Scents are strong. Wax is high quality.

I love NEOM products and decided to treat myself with a big order. However, delivery problems with a certain provider meant my order went missing and was not delivered. I emailed NEOM customer services & they got back to me very quickly, apologising, and offered to get my order out immediately with another courier, where it arrived next day. Super service - living up exactly to my expectations of a high quality product.

Stellar customer service that swiftly and reliably responds with no fuzz when there is a problem - which is rare.

I recently opened a new tube of the Neom Hand balm in the mint and lavender scent. After using it several times, I was unhappy with the quality of of the product as there was a strange smell and I found that it didn't sink into the skin well either.

After reaching out to Lauren and Flo at customer services, they promptly listened to my concerns and sent out a free replacement which I received by the end of the week. I really felt appreciated as a valued customer and I won't be hesitating to buy from them again! Who wouldn't with such exceptional customer service? ☺️💜

I had a delivery issue and the NEOM Customer service team resolved this within 24 hours. Very impressed! Well done NEOM!

Purchased a international plug, paid for next day delivery. I ordered at 10am and it said the cut off was 4pm.
The item didn't arrive next day - I emailed to chase and was ignored.
The item arrived the next day so I sent an email asking if they could refund the difference between standard postage and next day. I was ignored.
I then tried to use the plug in my european socket and as the pins are not in the center it makes the whole socket protrude from the wall and looks quite frankly - stupid.
I emailed them advising of this. I was ignored
I've requested a return and guess what? Yep Ignored again.
I have now begun a chargeback on my card.

This would be a 5 star rating, if the delivery company were better.
Neom candles are first class, as are the lovely customer service team. I bought 3 large candles on offer, and Evri not only failed to notify me of their delivery date/time, but a candle was destroyed during delivery.
Neom were fantastic, replacing immediately, and Evri delivered the replacement to my front garden in inclement weather - leaving it on the soil (ants were inside it).
I’m enjoying my candles and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Spoke to Flo today to sort out my order that I’d sent to wrong address instead of my home address.absolutely delightful to deal with such a lovely upbeat manner and such a fabulous Ambassador for the company… thank you once again Flo… kinds regards Paul

Neom are superb and very efficient I had a problem with a delivery the parcel company lost my goods. I contacted Neom customer service and after explaining my issue without hesitation they were straight onto my concerns and replaced my purchase.
Thankyou as well as having superb products your customer service staff are truly remarkable.

I purchased a lovely rosy candle from Neom. It has a gorgeous natural uplifting smell and burns evenly. It is an ideal size for travel as well as for burning in a small downstairs bathroom. The candles smell so natural and are strong enough without being overpowering. The glass candle holder can be repurposed afterwards as they are so pretty.

A brilliant product. The Scent of Happy is out of this world quality. We almost have a diffuser in each room and to ensure we have continuous pure scent the repeat order is fantastic.
Now looking to get the plug in large diffuser in the next month.
