Great service from Neom after my delivery went astray. Lauren responded the same day as my query was raised, sent a re-order the same day and I was delighted to receive my full order a few days later. The Neom products are excellent and add a touch of luxury to your home.

One of the best companies I have dealt with in recent times. My Wellbeing Pod stopped working so I contacted NEOM customer services via email, not expecting a response as is the way with many UK companies these days. Within 5 minutes I had received a reply from Leah who told me to send a video of the faulty Pod, which I did. The Pod was not under warranty so I didn’t hold out much hope but shortly afterwards, Leah sent another text informing me she had identified the problem; a new part was on its way! Superb customer service and a huge boost to my wellbeing! Thank you Leah! Thank you NEOM!

Great pillow spray, even better customer service!
I ordered a pillow spray for my niece as it was her birthday and I had really enjoyed the spray when I purchased it. Unfortunately there was an issue with Evri and they did not deliver my order but Lauren was exceptional and reassured me that she would get it sorted, she not only got it redelivered for me but also got it here before my niece’s birthday! She is a credit to the team!

Quick efficient solution to faulty candle

Great products and excellent staff…
The quality of Neom Wellbeing products (be they diffusers, candles, essential oils or bath products) is second to none.
I recently had cause to contact the Customer Care department and have to say that the staff (especially Lauren, who I dealt with predominantly) were helpful, professional and courteous. My query was answered and dealt with promptly.

I purchased great day handwashing as I’d previously been gifted this and it was soooo good I just had to get one myself! The handwashing smells wonderful and leaves hands incredibly soft as if they have been moisturised instead of washed! The little bits in the wash leave the skin feeling thoroughly cleaned but never irritated. The order was dispatched very quickly and although there was an issue with the original delivery company, once I contacted Neom customer service about this, a replacement item was sent immediately (via a different delivery company) and I received the item in two days. I definitely will be purchasing more from Neom both for myself and also future presents for family and friends.

A very happy customer
Somehow my first delivery never reached my address. I was so upset. I reached out to NEOM and gave them a picture of my front door. Georgia was so helpful and arranged for a replacement delivery, which arrived safely yesterday. Needless to say I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you!

Loyalty points
I had a problem with loyalty points not being applied to my order. I emailed the customer services team to ask how I could resolve this. I received a prompt reply saying they were looking into this and the following day I received a credit to my card for the value of the points.
I am always delighted with the service I receive from NEOM in store, online and the customer service team.
The products never disappoint either!

Customer service as good as their products
I’ve been buying from Neom for many years and love their products. My most recent order was left by the courier company so that it was visible from the street and unsurprisingly, someone stole the contents before I could get to the parcel. Even though it wasn’t their fault, Neom were very quick to send a replacement. Lauren dealt with my issue all the way through, which isn’t the case with many other customer service teams; it makes a difference to the experience.
