Our reed diffusers are made using 100% natural fragrances and we totally appreciate that fragrance strength is a very personal preference. For the best fragrance experience, we recommend gently turning the reeds regularly to refresh the scent and ensuring the diffuser is placed somewhere with good airflow, away from direct sunlight, heat sources and strong draughts. The number of reeds used can also be adjusted to increase or decrease the fragrance intensity.

I went into your store at Liverpool St…
I went into your store at Liverpool St Stn, London where I was met by a friendly face, the store manager, Natalie. I explained I had an ulterior motive for attending, in that I had applied for a store manager role and wanted to get a proper feel for an in store experience. I wasn’t disappointed; Natalie guided me through what I might need to help me with difficulties I have with sleep; she was knowledgeable around product and the sorts of items which might help me. I bought some foot cream she recommended containing magnesium, which seems to be the buzz at the moment and a material which has captured the customer zeitgeist and a substance I know I’m lacking in too. The store vibe was calm, serenity with quietly confident and on-point customer service from Natalie and even her colleagues, whose name I do not have was helpful and friendly too. It was a great experience and I left the store feeling happy, buoyed and like I would be able to conquer the world. Thank you so much for your help and guidance Natalie and for your friendly words of encouragement - just what I needed. A credit to the NEOM brand and clearly she’s brings the best version of herself to work every day; happy staff = happy customers and that’s certainly what was achieved. Cheers, Paul R😎

It’s easy to judge a company when everything goes smoothly, but I think you really find out how good a company is when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, I received a faulty diffuser, but the way NEOM handled the situation was outstanding.
Their customer service was prompt, professional, kind and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They responded quickly, kept me informed, and resolved the issue without any fuss. I felt listened to, valued and looked after throughout the whole process.
The replacement arrived incredibly quickly, along with a thoughtful apology, and the whole experience actually gave me even more confidence in the company than if nothing had gone wrong in the first place.
Faults can happen with any product, but exceptional customer service is much rarer. NEOM demonstrated exactly what excellent customer care looks like, and because of that I will continue to buy from them with complete confidence.
Thank you to everyone involved for turning what could have been a disappointing experience into one that has left me even more impressed with your company.

Great customer service
I’ve been a big fan of the brand for years - my house is scented with the wonderful “Happiness”! I recently bought a reed diffuser and, upon opening it, discovered the glass receptacle was broken. I contacted Neom and the team were fab - within a day or two I had received a replacement, no fuss. I shall continue to be a happy customer!

The Neom real luxury lavender and jasmine room spray is very unremarkable for £28. The fragrance disappears almost immediately and I was expecting more for the price tag.

Our fragrances are made using a natural blend rather than synthetic alternatives, which may sometimes affect how long a scent lingers compared to synthetic sprays.

Having recieved excellent customer…
Having recieved excellent customer service in the Leeds store I purchased the discovery pen set. Unfortunately when I opened if two weeks later the set contained two sleep pens instead of an energy pen. Contacted customer services (on a Saturday) and within 30 mins had a reply. Having explained the situation an energy pen was dispatched the same day and received 2 days later. Thank you!

I expected much better from a premium…
I expected much better from a premium brand.
My NEOM Wellbeing Pod, which cost around £140, developed a crack in the water reservoir, making the entire unit unusable. I contacted customer services hoping to purchase a replacement part or have the product repaired.
I was told that replacement reservoirs are not available and, because the warranty had expired, the only solution offered was a 20% discount towards buying a brand-new unit.
I find it very disappointing that a premium product becomes unusable because a single component fails, with no repair or replacement parts available. From both a sustainability and customer service perspective, I expected much more from a luxury brand.
Customer service was polite, but the outcome was extremely disappointing, and I don't feel the goodwill offered reflected the cost of the product or the nature of the issue.
I think this is stronger than an angry review because it's factual and allows readers to reach their own conclusion. It criticises the lack of repairability and the resolution offered, rather than exaggerating or making accusations. That also makes it more difficult for the company to challenge or dismiss the review.

As your Pod is 5 years old, it is well outside of our 12-month warranty period. Therefore we're unable to offer a free replacement or repair.
