Excellent CS

They informed me that the ebike I wanted was out of stock and recommended some similar but I found one that cost a bit more and because of my loyalty they waived the extra cost. Excellent CS and it's been over a month of riding the ebike and no issues so far. Very easy to assemble the ebike.

Crazy speed crazy power

The bike had a delay but god damn it was worth the wait it took me an hour and a half to build alone and the bike has insane twerk and insane speed but I have to warn u it’s so loud my friend has a talaria mx5 pro and mine is louder then his all my friends are jealous and this bike is way too fun the only thing I don’t like is the seat is kinda hard and hurts my butt after a long period but when I rode it for the first time it was like heaven it’s so fun to ride this thing it’s so powerful with a 48v battery it’s insane

My experience with NeoBikes was fantastic and refreshing. You don’t often get customer service that is worth commenting on but my experience with them was top shelf. Keeping me informed along the way and coming through when they said they would was paramount. Thanks so much and I will recommend you to my friends. My son is ecstatic with his bike.

Delivery time was a little bit longer…

Delivery time was a little bit longer than usual 🙄Communication is not very good after me, had to wait more than 12h for an email reply.The goods are relative not bad.
