Great Customer Service!
I ordered a bike from them but for personal reasons I had to ask for a refund a couple of days later, I never got to see the bike since I cancelled the order but I was extremely happy with the customer service, they never took more than 24h to respond to an email and they were very understanding with the cancelation and the refund.

The Teewing X5 is a very solid
The Teewing X5 is a very solid, powerful, and nicely configured all terrain dual motor scooter. Cool badging and red anodized parts. Apparently you can not get it wet. I'll try my best to keep it dry. I'm 60 years old and 240lbs. It's the most fun I've had in years.

Shipped really fast
Shipped really fast. Bike was easy enough to assemble for someone not used to putting together bikes. My son LOVES this bike. It was a bit bigger than I was expecting but still fits him well.
If you’re under 5’4 might want to look at something smaller.

Great but delivery soured the experience
I wanted to leave a positive review for E-Scootz Bikes because their customer service and follow-up communication were outstanding throughout a very frustrating delivery situation.
My bike delivery ended up being delayed for two 1/2 weeks after purchase due to a series of UPS shipping issues that were completely outside of E-Scootz’s control. The shipment was initially held in Richmond because of an improper address transfer, and I had to call UPS directly to update the address. After that, additional delays occurred while the changes processed, followed by further international shipping delays related to weather and other circumstances.
Despite all of this, E-Scootz stayed in communication, followed up consistently, and made sure I was updated throughout the process. That level of customer support really stood out. Thanks Alina!
Once the bike finally arrived, assembly went smoothly and I’ve had no issues with the bike itself so far. I’m very pleased with it and look forward to putting more kilometers on it. After I’ve had more riding time, I’ll definitely come back and post a follow-up review on the bike’s long-term performance. - John

Poor experience overall
Poor experience overall. The scooter looked decent online, but delivery took much longer than expected and communication was inconsistent throughout the process. I had to follow up multiple times just to get updates on my order. After receiving the scooter, I noticed the battery performance was weaker than advertised and charging takes forever. Customer support eventually replied, but the solution felt very generic and unhelpful. Expected much better service for the price paid.

We were unfortunately unable to locate your name or order information in our database, which makes this review difficult for us to verify.
Our delivery timeframe is clearly stated as approximately 5–15 business days, and despite occasional courier delays outside of our control, we always respond to customers quickly and provide regular updates. We do not ignore customers or avoid communication.
We are distributors, not the manufacturer itself, but we still spend significant time helping customers, forwarding technical requests to factories, and providing support even outside warranty coverage whenever possible.
You mentioned that support replied, which confirms that assistance was provided. In technical situations, videos and detailed information are often required in order for the factory team to properly diagnose the issue.
We are honestly disappointed by this 1-star rating, as we do not believe it accurately reflects the level of communication, support, and effort our team provides every day to our customers.

Excellent customer service
My son saved his money for well over a year to get his bike. He was extremely proud and excited. Unfortunately the real derailer was bend at no fault of Escootz, was a manufactured issue. Unfortunately this part is not covered under warranty. When asked how much it would be to order a new part, they graciously offered to send the part at no cost or me or my son. They customer service is top notch and keep in contact with what is happening. Thank you for all your help with getting my sons bike back on the road .

My Escootz experience.,..
Everything from the website to the after sale service has been excellent.The site is so easy to navigate all the way through payment. The shipping was free and I got it delivered to my door alot faster than anticipated.i had a question about the tires on the Ridstar q20 pro .They were quick and honest with the response and suggested a solution that they really didn't have to do and I am more than grateful and am very appreciative of the whole process.As for the bike itself, I don't think I have ever owned anything so cool and solid and so far it performs way beyond expectations especially for the terrain that I ride it. The dual motor is so sick when I turn on the front motor going uphill it feels like nitrous kicking in. The batteries handle the distance and the hills without having to peddle at all. Very impressive. I highly recommend escootz for anyone in Canada looking to get an ebike or escooter.The variety of inventory from low end to high end there is something for every budget. Thank you very much Escootz I will definitely be getting another bike for other uses than the Ridstar q20 pro from you hopefully by summer.👍🏾👍🏾

So far I am very happy with the z8 pro. The extension seat that came with the bike had a slight tear after a few days of use, but escootz customer service is replacing.

Excellent customer service
We had some issues with our son’s Ridstar but the customer service by escootz was phenomenal. They returned our emails very quickly and sent new parts. The service team also included how-to videos so we could easily swap the old parts for new parts. We were VERY pleased!!!!

there are a few small downsides though. the battery backup is average, so it may not be ideal for very long rides, and charging takes abit of time. Also, i think the website have some issue .
overall i had good experience. the quality and ride feel it worth considering, especially if you are looking for somethings practical for everyday use
