SilentStreets was created with a simple vision: to make everyday travel easier, cleaner and more enjoyable. Before launching the brand, we noticed the same problem many people face — commuting was stressful, public transport was crowded, and driving was expensive and time-consuming. Electric mobility felt like the perfect solution, but the buying experience was confusing, filled with unreliable sellers and poor customer support. We wanted to change that. SilentStreets began as a small passion project — a team of riders who genuinely believed that e-bikes and e-scooters could transform the way people move around their cities. We started by testing different models, learning what truly matters to UK riders and carefully selecting brands that offered the right balance of quality, price, performance and long-term value. From day one, our goal was not to sell everything — but to sell only what we would confidently ride ourselves.

I couldn’t be more happier with the service I received from Silent Streets. From start to finish, their communication, logistics and attention to detail were exceptional. They even came out and assembled the bike for me, making the whole experience completely stress-free.

Great bike
I bought the vitilan u3 ebike.
Delivery was about a week.
Was very well packed to avoid any damage.
Bike was easy to assemble.
After first ride i noticed the throttle didnt work properly but after contacting customer services they helped me fix the issue,throttle works as it should now.
Overall im really happy with the bike

They kept me updated throughout the whole process, and even helped me out due to some stock oversights which was a lovely touch by this company.

Recently purchased my first ebike from Silentstreets and found them very knowledgeable and helpful, price was also competitive which was a bonus too. Delivery is swift and well informed to dates and times. So as a package Silentstreets are definitely worth considering for your future purchases.
