I bought this e-bike mainly to make my daily transportation easier, and it has genuinely become an important part of my routine. It saves me time, gives me more freedom compared to depending on public transportation, and makes commuting much less stressful.

Like any product, I have had a few questions and minor issues along the way. However, what really made my experience positive was Heybike's customer support. Whenever I reached out, the team patiently listened, guided me through troubleshooting, and worked with me to resolve the concerns. Good after-sales support is very important when buying an e-bike, and this gave me much more confidence in the brand.

Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. I would strongly recommend Heybike to anyone looking for an e-bike for long-term use and who prefers to invest in a good-quality bike rather than spending heavily on repairs, replacements, or upgrades after a short period of ownership. I've been using the Heybike Ranger 2.0 for my daily commute in Canada, and I'm really happy with it. I'm 6'2", and I was initially worried that a foldable bike might feel too small, but it's surprisingly comfortable even on longer rides. The motor has plenty of power, acceleration is smooth, and it handles hills much better than I expected.

The bike was easy to assemble, folds quickly for storage, and the build quality feels solid. I've even used it during the Canadian winter, including days close to -20°C, and it has been a reliable way to get to work.

I bought the Ranger S 1000w. It has been a complete disappointment right out of the box.
Here’s everything that went wrong immediately: the pedal assist levels are completely messed up – levels 1 to 4 feel almost identical, and then level 5 suddenly kicks in with an extreme boost.
The front suspension is stuck – after a bump it just stays compressed. No rebound at all. There’s a loud noise coming from the rear wheel every time I accelerate.
The front brake is constantly rubbing, even when not in use.
I feel a crunching or grinding sensation randomly under my foot when pedaling, which is honestly just annoying.
The derailleur didn’t work properly from the start. I had to fix that.
And on top of all that, the screws for the front basket mount were over-tightened so badly at the factory that the heads were completely shredded. I had to use special tools just to extract them without damaging the frame. Customer service refuses to help unless I send videos for everything. But how am I supposed to “show” pedal assist inconsistency, vibration, or feeling-based issues in a video? Not everything can be seen — some things have to be felt to be understood. This isn’t just a bad product — it’s a failure in quality control and customer support. This e-bike has been a complete disappointment from the moment I opened the box. I wanted to buy a fun bike but I bought a problem to fix. One more thing. They remove the negative comments from their website.

My wife and I both bought Rangers for camping and we love them. Easy to transport, easy to ride, and the batteries have great range. Thier customer service is top notch also.

After 2 days and less than 20 km the speedometer stopped working and the motor would cut out.

Heybike Customer Support has been working to solve the problem and sent a replacement quickly.

This company has terrible customer service. I cannot believe how bad it is. They never respond to emails, and when I call them, they are always not able to help. They offer a "warranty", but it requires one not to have ridden the bike more than 10 miles! How can one determine whether a bike is any good (ordered online) in just 10 miles? I tried to cancel my order via email. Never got a response. I tried to cancel over the phone and was told they would charge me 5 percent to cancel the order. Instead, they offered me a free gift; in this case, I took the "gift", a bike lock, but when the bike arrived, no lock. I called them and they said they ran out! Just awful! Stay away from this company.
