**⚠️ WARNING – PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING FROM NCF LIVING ⚠️**
**I would strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing from NCF Living to read the reviews on Trust-pilot before handing over their hard-earned money. My experience does not appear to be an isolated one, judging by reviews from other customers reporting similar concerns
**I paid in full for a sofa in September 2026, but despite the expected delivery date passing, I have still not received my furniture
**The tracking system incorrectly showed my sofa as delivered. When I visited the Derby store, I was informed that there were issues with the tracking system. On a subsequent visit, I was told that my order could not be located
**I have made numerous attempts to resolve this matter, including visiting the store, contacting customer services and submitting a formal written complaint requesting a full refund on 21 October 2026
**Despite these efforts, my refund request was not resolved in store, and as of 31 October 2026, I have received neither my sofa nor my money back
**I have escalated my concerns to external organisations, including BBC Watchdog, because my attempts to resolve this directly with the company have been unsuccessful
**What concerns me even more is reading reviews from other customers describing similar difficulties with deliveries, communication and obtaining refunds
I would urge potential customers to read these accounts and make their own informed decisions
**In my opinion, the customer service I have experienced has been completely unacceptable. No customer should have to repeatedly chase a company for goods they have paid for or for a resolution when those goods have not arrived
**Based on my experience, I would never purchase from NCF Living again

Unmatched Customer Service
I recently purchased a mattress from NCF Living in Stockton and had the pleasure of being looked after by Shannon.
I have a bad back, so choosing the right mattress is particularly important to me. Shannon was absolutely fantastic. She took a great deal of time to explain all the different options, talked me through the benefits of each and genuinely wanted to make sure I found the right mattress for my needs rather than simply making a sale.
The level of knowledge, patience and personal attention she provided was exceptional. You honestly don't come across this sort of customer service very often these days.
A huge thank you to Shannon for making the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. She's a real credit to NCF Living, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the store to anyone looking for furniture or a mattress.
