If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered online (first mistake) having read the reviews on here and been recommended!
However this company are 100% not what they seem. No communication no reply to emails no delivery dates nothing !! They’ve had my money now for over 4 weeks and am still waiting for my money back having cancelled my order! Shambles of a company !!!

Very disappointed
As for service in store i gave a review of 5 out of 5 but as for the rest i giving a 1 star but thats too much, upon ordering a sofa i was told delivery of 14-16 weeks, upon tracking progress it says november 20th thats over 20 weeks, delivery estimate has gone past 14-16 weeks, very dissapointed, will not buy from ncf again

My husband and I visited the Warrington store in May this year and we fell in love with a smart sofa. After speaking with the salesperson, and explaining that we live on a narrowboat, he confidently told us that the sofa broke down into six pieces, which would allow us to get it through our narrowboat door. He also said it had to come apart that way because of its weight.
Based on this information, we purchased a three-seater sofa.
After paying the final balance of £1,700, I happened to mention to the store manager, "Can I just check that this sofa breaks down into six pieces?" To my shock, he told me that it does not break down into six pieces, only four.
Had the salesman given us the correct information from the start, we would never have purchased the sofa because it simply would not fit through our narrowboat door.
The following day, I contacted customer services and requested a full refund, as we had clearly been mis-sold the sofa. Unfortunately, I got nowhere with them. They insisted on charging a 25% cancellation fee.
In the end, I had no choice but to start a claim through the Small Claims Court. Although the matter was eventually settled at the mediation stage, it took five months to get my money back, and I am still £170 out of pocket. All because the salesperson either gave us completely incorrect information or deliberately said whatever he needed to secure the sale.
There are a lot of positive reviews on here, but customers are actively encouraged to leave them, and sales staff are rewarded for receiving good reviews. Sadly, I also left a positive review before discovering the truth.
I would hate for this to happen to anyone else, so please do not rely solely on what the salesperson tells you if there is a specific feature that is essential to your purchase. Get everything confirmed in writing.
To make matters worse, customer service was practically non-existent throughout the whole process.
