Easy to initiate a claim and very quick to respond and pay out. The 24hr video vet consultations are also incredibly helpful. I have had my policy a few years and never needed it until last weekend when Buster required emergency surgery for an obstructed bowel. The vets were able to claim directly through Napo and I am so relieved we had the policy - it made a very upsetting and anxious time far easier than it would have otherwise been. Thank you Napo! I am new to Napo and I can not fault them. A week ago I used the free Just vet app that you can download and use for free when your with Napo regarding my cockapoo Bonnie and it was so easy to use. The vet video called me and said to make an appointment with my vet within 24hrs and it put my mind at ease. Would recommend.

At first when I started the process of making the claim, I was a bit disheartened to find out an email needs to be sent to the vets, as I’d been informed by the veterinary practice they don’t work directly with any insurance company. However the following day it’s all been sorted & payment is due shortly. I’m very impressed.

Went through my Napo pet insurance to speak to FirstVet after having no luck with my usual vet. The lady was very thorough, friendly, listened to my concerns and gave some advice. Assured me that I can call back throughout the night if I have any problems.

What a great experience from the time I connected with a vet online I had a video call within 30 minutes and the vet was great she put me at ease and reassured me that my fur baby was in no immediate emergency and gave me the best advice, thank you Napo as where I live my vet is 20 minutes away, what a great kind, fast service 🙏

Having had pet insurance for many years with lots of different companies along the way, I really can't praise the staff at napo enough. My dog went into the emergency vet and was subsequently transferred to our own vet the following day, resulting in numerous claims and correspondence. They could not have made things simpler, and when vets needed chasing for supporting invoices, they were the ones that got straight onto it! They paid the claim really quickly and kept me updated every step of the way! I also have an exempted XL bully who was really challenging to find insurance for, and they were great about updating exemption certificates ensuring everything we needed was in the right place. The staff were polite and friendly and nothing felt like too much trouble! A breath of fresh air!!

This is the second time I've had to put in a claim in the last 6 months as one of my dogs passed away back in March and 5 weeks ago my other dog had surgery for a ruptured cruciate ligament. The claims process with Napo has been easy, straightforward and hassle free which is what you need in times of upset when your pets are poorly. The communication I have had with Napo has been really good and although it has been by email or through the portal, it has been quick and claims have been sorted within hours. Would highly recommend Napo pet insurance.
