Easy to claim, and good comms from the claims team, keeping me up to date on the progress of the claim.

Made a claim for £250. All good and went smoothly.
Dog is under 2.
New policy more than doubled in price, because of dog's age? a previous claim, and vets costs increasing.
I have had to leave Napo reluctantly because of this increase. I expected to pay more after even a small claim, but more than double?

First time using the FirstVet service. Very easy to use and so impressed with the speed at which a video consultation with a vet was arranged. Consultation was conducted very thoroughly with appropriate advice given.

She was very helpful, knowledgeable throughout our meeting. Got very good advice of what to do next, because all I needed was a second opinion from another vet's point of view. Very good service as well and punctual.

Easy to set up and there were many diffrent options

This was our first time of using the video consultation service offered by Napo. We found the experience to be extremely helpful, having access to a Vet out of hours without having to leave home. The Vet was excellent, listened to our concerns and quickly narrowed down what was wrong with our dog. Futher more, all notes taken were forwarded to our usual Vet. Excellent service by our pet insurance provider.

I recently lost my beautiful little Shihtzu; she had mutiple health issues, some of which were very complex. On the 3 or 4 occasions I had to claim NAPO paid within days every time. I notified them off her passing and that I had cancelled the direct debit & they sent me a beautiful miniature pink rose and a lovely card. The rose I will plant next to her as she is in her garden. I also received an unexpected refund. Although her premiums were quite high on annual renewal especially after claiming, I would highly recommend NAPO as a pet insurer. If in the future I get another companion, I would definately use Napo.

I have had to claim for both my cat and my dog recently. I have received amazing service for both. Firstly my cat sadly died suddenly of an unknown heart disease, aged 3. I claimed for the cost of her individual cremation and her purchase price. I was paid the full amount for both straightaway and then to my surprise I received a beautiful potted plant in a ceramic pot with a lovely personalised condolence card. It was so thoughtful. Then recently my dog underwent some tests for her liver - she had blood tests and ultrasound scans. Napo emailed me for more info the next day. I replied with the info they needed and my claim was approved within 1 hour!!! I’ve been with other companies in the past but I’ve never received such good service or a company so quick to approve claims. Thank you so much Napo. We still have our beautiful pot plant which reminds us of our cat daily 🌸
