I couldn’t be happier with my order!! I placed an order for 6 custom mugs. Each mug had writing on the rim, inside on the bottom, little charms on the outside and a bow on the handle. Every single one of them turned out perfect. 5 of the mugs were used as presents to ask my sisters and best friends to be my bridesmaids and one was a bride mug for me! Everyone loves their mugs. Can’t recommend Naetive enough, really beautiful and unique pieces! Also they arrived so much faster than expected which was perfect!

The mug is of a beautiful quality. It’s bigger than I expected. Although there is a tiny imperfection, I understand they are all unique and handmade and Naetive have been very good with correspondence and support.
