Poor customer service.

Website states that the order will be with you within 6-8 weeks. My order took 10 weeks and it was not communicated that there would be a delay until I contacted them. Order came smashed. Requested for a new one to be sent and got told that the wait time would be the same but they can try and make it with priority. It was a birthday present from my child who passed away for his auntie so it was already a very sentimental piece.

Completely heartbroken at the response I have received. Got told through their Instagram that I can have a full refund, to then be told by their email correspondence that next steps will be reviewed and they will let me know what they can do. They take 24 hours to respond to any email so the process it dragged out completely and takes multiple days to get anywhere!

I will be raising a complaint with the financial ombudsman to get this looked into.

Similar experience to another reviewer on here. Think very carefully before you pay your hard earned cash for a custom pet item from Naetive. I’ve got a few mugs and they’re gorgeous, however, the pet trinket dish that arrived recently is really, really poor and it misses really basic, clear details that I gave in my request and photographs. They’ll respond to this in a patronising way and tell me that their vision is ‘cartoon-like’ and that it’s because it’s handmade, like in their responses over email, but the item looks nothing like my pet and I feel disregarded. I now have an item that doesn’t mean anything to me because it doesn’t look like my pet, I’m £30 down and Naetive don’t care, they’re just trying to give me a £10 voucher for another purchase. I’m glad that I didn’t order a mug! I understand that they’re a small business and that things are handmade but I won’t be guilt tripped - I don’t think that basic details should be overlooked to create a product that doesn’t reasonably align with the breed of the pet, the detailed information provided and the numerous photographs submitted.

my boyfriend gifted me a mug with a personal message for getting a new job. the mug is gorgeous and very sentimental to me with a simple design. I have had a lot of compliments on it. I think the wait time was around 8 weeks which is understandable for a handmade product. it came with a cute thank you note too!

No communication from company. It’s been 2 months since my order and it’s only for 2 simple mugs with a date on. Obviously can’t keep up with demand and I wish I hadn’t ordered as these were wedding gifts and now so late it’s embarrassing. It can’t possibly take 2 months or more to make two mugs so my suggestion would be to get on top of orders and then open orders again. Unacceptable communications on it too. Really disappointed.

The mug I received is beautiful it is my morning coffee mug and is literally my favourite. I was kept up to date with estimated dispatch times when ordering and my mug even arrived early.

Ok first of all naetive studio is the BEST business in the world & mollie & the team are the most kindest, generous people I Hav ever come across!! Absolutely incredible company. Bought my dad a custom dog mug and he loved it so much he won't even use it, just proudly on display 😅🩷
I got myself one shortly after and even with a higher price tag id spend it again and again, the quality is absolutely immense, durable and use it every single day and it looks good as new.
Really beautiful, sentimental product that brings a little bit of joy to mt day every time I use it!
Communication from the company is 10/10 and even got a little gift to apologise for a slightly slower delivery on the pet custom (understandable and still arrived just in time!) Truly an amazing company by an inspiring woman that I will always support and recommend 🩷

Mollie always responds to any queries really quickly and totally nailed my 2 custom mugs in bringing my crazy vision to life. My pet mug couldn’t be anymore perfect. I didn’t know if they would be able to do my horse but they did and now I can treasure it forever. I will be ordering many times over so please do not stop pet mugs.
