Absolutely thrilled with the custom mug I ordered. My daughter requested one for her 18th birthday having seen Naetive online. The design and personalisation make it a truly wonderful gift for my coffee loving teen! I am so impressed I intend to order one for myself. Delivery from order to receiving took just over 8 weeks but considering the quality, attention to detail and the bespoke nature, I think that's reasonable. I only wish I had ordered earlier so that it came in time for her birthday but that's my error.

Wow wow wow. Received my customised pet mug yesterday and I’m in awe at the delicate and intricate attention to detail. Mollie is so talented. To be able to take a photo and create such a likeness to my fur babies, truly a special purchase. The good things in life are worth waiting for.

My personalised pet trinket arrived today and it is absolutely stunning!!
They’ve captured all the details in my photo that I sent and have done a perfect match, the order took just under 9 weeks to arrive and I don’t really think you can complain when the work they do is incredible!
I will absolutely be ordering again.

Had my eye on a croissant mug for ages. Like probably years. I would’ve never normally spend this much on a mug, but wow was it worth it. It brings me such JOY in my morning coffee - so glad I took the leap. Thank you Mollie & Team, you’re so talented! 🥐

This is my 4th attempt to contact this company regarding the issue with my order. Per my previous 1 star review in April, I received a dog mug instead of the commemorative cat mug for my pet that passed recently. I provided photo evidence of their mistake, was ghosted when I requested a replacement, and in their response to my review I was advised that I would be issued a refund. It is now halfway through June and I have yet to receive said refund or any follow up from them. I wish it had never come to this, as I had attempted to keep this communication via Gmail, but it seems that public review is the only way to get their attention. I hope everyone else has a better experience, because they have proven that if the company makes a mistake, they make every effort to suppress, gaslight, and discredit the their customers instead of rectifying the problem. It is sad, I had hoped to support artists in their craft, but this experience has really turned me off.

Ordered a mug with my lovely pooch inside it. Arrived today and it’s absolutely gorgeous! Can’t wait to have a coffee in it on the weekend. Arrived earlier than I expected which was also a lovely bonus! Will definitely be ordering again

Have wanted a Naetive mug for so long and I’m not disappointed!! It’s so beautifully crafted and gorgeous to drink from.
Was well packaged and within 4 minutes of it arriving had its first (of no doubt many) cup of tea!!

A beautiful rendering of my beloved dog in this custom pet mug.
It is heart-squeezingly gorgeous and I'm torn between using it and displaying it. I think I'll display it between uses. It is too special to be shut in a cupboard.  
It is worth every penny to hold the lovely likeness and know that an artist has sat with my fluffy boy's pictures and expressed them through their time and talent. 
I will treasure it.

Such wonderful handmade cups! I’ve always been obsessed with these types of lumpy mugs since I was a child. From watching “Autumn in my heart” Korean Drama. The family of 4 had their own distinct cups which I LOVED the look of it! Ugh! Happy they’re in my hands!!
