The quality of these garments is beautiful. I ordered several options as a second wedding dress and really struggled to choose which one!!!! I’ve ordered from other companies previously and have returned everything. Now I’m trying to stop myself thinking that a third and forth wedding dress is a great option!!!

I had a an issue with my dress after only wearing it once - I contacted the customer service team and they were amazing! They replaced the dress once I had provided proof of the return of my original dress. The customer service was 5* and couldn’t have been any more helpful!

Their dresses are simply stunning. I’ve got 2 of theirs and plan more. The pink Simone piece is amazing to wear. The fabric and structure are incredible. You feel very special in it: so feminine. I received so many compliments. People know you’re wearing a quality dress. Their customer service is also very good indeed. Emails are responded to very quickly. I’m so proud of this British brand. I will be buying more from them as the seasons go on and new arrivals come forward.

I carefully followed the official size guide and purchased two Final Sale dresses. Both arrived significantly larger than expected. I contacted customer service the same day they were delivered. The dresses were unworn with tags attached, and I requested only a size exchange—not a refund. My request was denied without exception. While I understand the Final Sale policy, I was disappointed that there was no flexibility even when the sizing guide did not match the actual fit. I would strongly recommend being extremely cautious when purchasing Final Sale items from this brand.
