I wanted something special to wear for my companies event. I came across Nadine Merabi’s sia dress and instantly loved it. Ordered it and although I wasn’t I impressed with the email communications or the postal timings when I received the dress I loved it, I loved the packaging and it felt expensive. I was so excited to wear it.

Part the way through my event my strap broke, I was absolutely mortified, how can I spend £375 on a dress and it break? After not even 2 hours of wear. I’d just finished my speech was about to take pictures and my pearl strap flung off, I felt so embarrassed, the pearls are so big you can’t tuck them in to a dress, everyone was commented it was broken. I was so so disappointed, I’ve paid £20 for a dress before and it not broke. If you’re going to charge a premium for your dresses make sure they are worth it. I received all the event photos this morning and I genuinely felt so ashamed. This is the last thing I would expect to happen after paying so much money.

I immediately emailed customer service and requested a full refund, I loved the dress and so desperately wanted it to be what the brand is supposed to represent a dress for an occasion, something special.

The customer service team refused my refund because it had been worn, this is absolutely ridiculous, as a business owner myself, who sell products, it doesn’t matter if someone has used the product if it’s faulty it gets a refund, that’s what we stand for. I am utterly disgusted and disappointed that this is not the case here.

They offered to refund me 15% to get the strap fixed, are they joking? Can the CEO imagine attending her company event her very first one and have her dress break? What kind of joke is that. Especially for the money they are charging. Stay clear from this brand, they clearly don’t care about the customers experience, they cant even send me another because the stock isn’t in, so the fact they won’t refund me is completely disgusting, never again will I use Nadine Merabi, unfortunately for them, neither will anyone at my event. Utterly disgusted.

Super kind customer service, I love my Hettie Bodysuit, it's absolutely perfect! Would really love it if they would bring back the white Vanessa Jumpsuit in all sizes, so that I can buy one and wear it with my bodysuit!

I bought the Tara black dress and just received it. Can I say how beautiful this dress is in person . The quality of the dress is amazing. I did buy this as a final sale and I was so worried it wasn’t going to fit because I’m in between sizes but I sized up and it fit beautifully. The only thing I have to say is that it’s a little itchy but hopefully undergarments will help. Customer service was great. I had some questions and they answered quickly and really helped.i would definitely purchase again

Had a slight issue with a missing button the team replied to my email almost instantly and organised a return for the original and a next day delivery for the replacement item. To say I was blown away with the service is an understatement. Most companies take over 48hours just to read the first email. If I could give them 10 starts I would.
Thank you so much for going above and beyond! Customer for life!
It also helps that everything is gorgeous and made with the highest of quality can’t recommend enough. Buy it you won’t regret it ❤️

After my original review, Nadine Merabi publicly asked me to contact them so they could resolve my complaint. I did exactly that, hoping they would finally put things right.

Unfortunately, over five months later, nothing has changed.

Despite repeatedly providing the email evidence confirming that their own customer service representative offered and confirmed refunds in writing, I am now being told they cannot honour them because they no longer know why they were offered.

I have spent months chasing, resending the same evidence and dealing with responses that completely lack accountability. No customer should be expected to explain or justify decisions made by a company's own staff simply because the company has failed to keep adequate records.

What disappoints me most is that I genuinely loved this brand. I have spent thousands of pounds with Nadine Merabi over the years, which makes this experience even more upsetting. Instead of valuing a loyal customer, I have been left feeling ignored, frustrated and forced to fight for something that was already agreed in writing.

The quality of the clothing may be excellent, but customer service is truly tested when something goes wrong. Sadly, my experience has shown that Nadine Merabi falls far below the standard you would expect from a premium brand.

This complaint has now been ongoing for over five months. Every response comes from the same two people, Alex or Miranda, and despite repeatedly providing the same evidence, nothing is ever resolved. I have also been told that Nadine Merabi does not have a formal complaints procedure, which I find astonishing for a company of this size and reputation. In over five months, no one in senior management has contacted me, no meaningful investigation appears to have taken place, and I am still chasing a resolution. That speaks volumes about how this company treats its customers when something goes wrong.

At this point, I have completely lost confidence in Nadine Merabi. I can no longer recommend this brand and will never purchase from them again. If you're considering ordering, I would think very carefully. Beautiful clothes mean very little if a company refuses to stand by its own written commitments when something goes wrong.

Gorgeous dresses, terrible customer service. Before you order from this brand, ensure you're ready for a fight because you will be in for a wild ride if you need to return anything or if anything goes wrong.
I ordered my dress on the 17/07/2026, received it on the 20/07/2026, quick delivery I was super happy, the dress is beautiful but unfortunately too big. The same day I received it I raised a return on their return portal. On the portal it offered me to exchange for a smaller size at no extra charge, as long as I return the first dress within 14 days. Amazing! I did this, ordered size down, created return label, 5 minutes later I get charged the amount a 2nd time, this was super confusing. I reached out to their email address to query this and received a response in under 60 seconds, at the time I thought wow what a service, but reality is, the response is from an AI bot. The response does not make things any clearer but assured me I will receive a refund once the dress is returned, which was fine, at the time. Second dress was ordered 22/07/2026, which then unfortunately was too small, again I raised the return the same day, and posted both dresses back 23/07/2026. The most concerning thing the whole time was that on their return portal, it was still showing as I had only paid for 1 dress, the order confirmation showed no 2nd payment made. I again attempted to reach out, this time via their website to hopefully speak to a human, but again I got an AI response with not much help, just confirming that the returns have been raised. 27/07/2026 I received my first refund, great! However, I am still waiting for the second refund, which still is showing as no payment taken!!! Today 29/07/26 I reached out again, and was advised by the lovely AI bot Miranda, that no refunds have been issued yet. Very comforting to know that AI is spot on. I feel like at this point, my only choice is to go through my bank as I have no hope of receiving the second refund considering their side it's not even showing as the payment taken.
I believe that the quality of the dress are brilliant, but the stress if something goes wrong is not worth these dresses. I have searched many websites, read many reviews to see if I can find a way to speak to an actual human at Nadine Merabi, but I don't think there is any. First time, and last time buyer.
