Avoid - sizes are all over the place
Avoid. They size down, very common procedure with these type of stores that pretend to be high end. so when you order a 10 it’s actually a 8 and so on etc. Shame as the clothes themselves are nice just very odd behaviour to want people to buy their size and then have it not fit.

My query was dealt with really quickly and the fix they had was exactly as asked to. Alex was great, with Miranda it did take a few e-mails to get it support rather just wait for my parcel to turn up when she said there was an issues with delivery. The moment Alex had the issue it was resolved and I really appreciated it!

I purchased a dress in the sale
I purchased a dress in the sale , unfortunately it wasn’t suitable. Sent the dress back immediately, I can see from Royal Mail tracking the item is back with this store . Still waiting for refund . Not the usual customer service I have had in the past from this designer. Shame because I didn’t have anything but praise for this company , prior to this . PLEASE PROCESS MY REFUND!!!!

I think it’s one of the best customer…
I think it’s one of the best customer service teams, very responsive and always willing to offer solutions. I always receive prompt replies and support whenever needed.
The quality of the clothes is always very good. The only thing I find a bit complicated is the sizing. I think I’m between sizes: if the waist and hips fit perfectly, the top tends to be too tight. 😌

They responded to me straight away when I was worried they hadn’t received my returns. Probably the best customer service I have ever dealt with.
The clothes are very high quality and are packed beautifully

Natalia blue dress
Recieved the Natalia blue dress for my sons wedding. I felt completely looked after by this designer and team from start to finish from taking the dress out of the most classiest of boxes to feeling a million dollars in the prettiest dress.

Great customer service
Great customer service. I needed to exchange my order of the Charlotte pant for a smaller size, in addition to needing it quickly for an event. Nadine Merabi reps not only helped me with the exchange but also made sure I got my shipment quickly. Will continue to shop with Merabi!

I got a beautiful pink, sleeveless dress. I absolutely love it. It's a great length, the pockets are so useful, the lining is lovely & helps keep it full in the skirt.
The colour is so pretty and the cut is very flattering.
I also got a champagne coloured sequin dress - OMG. So sexy. So beautiful. The lining, the internal support, the colour. I love it all. Very high quality.
Both are true to size.
