Beyond disappointed!
My jumpsuit arrived perfectly, boxed lovely.
It was left in the box until I brought it to my seamstress to get altered.
One I put the jumpsuit on, BANG! The strap snapped! The material of this jumpsuit is incredibly heavy that the straps need to be make with better material to hold such weight!
I messaged customer service about this to ask for a replacement strap as I had no time to spare as my wedding is just around the corner. It took them over a WEEK to respond to me with the outcome which was that they had no spares to send out. That is B****!! What warehouse don’t have spares! For such an expensive jumpsuit this is just not acceptable.
This is your sign to not buy designer goods thinking they’re made with better materials!
For this to be for my wedding which I stated in my emails you think they would have resolved my issue quicker and not have me lingering about for over a week thinking I would get a replacement strap!! Just not good enough Nadine merabi!

I love buying from Nadine, the designs and quality are so sophisticated. The only downside for me is return cost from Australia (just under $300 to make sure it arrives within 14days policy) which makes me think twice now before buying :(.
If it wasn’t for the return cost I would give 5 ⭐️ all the way.

Fantastic customer service received from Alex after AI bot Miranda failed to answer query for me. I can’t wait to purchase my dress after query is resolved. Alex is a great example of what good looks like from a customer point of view and I’m sure a valuable member of team Merabi !

My fave brand bought the Harley jumpsuit and the Nicole waist jacket & Kendra Jeans fit like a glove and had so many compliments thank yoh as always cant wait for A/W collection

Despite an initial issue, I was able to get the help I needed, and I really appreciated the support.

As for the product itself, I can confirm that the Sophie dress looks amazing! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and am really happy with my purchase.

I ordered two jackets. They arrived beautifully packaged and they are exquisite. The quality and style superb!!
However sadly they just didn’t really suit me!! 🤔
Anyway I’ve sent them back. Three days past and I didn’t have any notification of refund. I thought I’ll send message. I had a reply immediately from Miranda who assured me that it will arrive in due course.
A couple of hours later I had an email saying that the Refund has been processed. The standard of the jackets is incredible and I thoroughly recommend. If you need to return don’t panic it will come. I’m so glad that I came across Nadine Merabinand I won’t hesitate to order again if something catches my eye 😊

Had an item to return and there was an issue. Alex from Customer Services resolved the issue quickly and money was received promptly.

The support team was absolutely excellent and very prompt. My issue was handled and resolved very quickly, and I truly appreciated how clear, helpful, and professional the staff were throughout the process.
The quality of the dresses is exceptional, and I found the sizing to be very accurate when following the measurements in centimetres provided in the size guide on the website.

I bought one dress for my son’s first birthday and the other one I returned due to size issues. Both the dresses were just so gorgeous in their own way. Beautiful collection, definitely buying more soon. The team was too prompt and supportive in refunding for the dress I didn’t keep due to fit concerns.

Nadine merabi have always been nothing but amazing with their customer service , delivery and returns , and I’ve recently had an issue with a refund but they replied with in the hour and assured me it will be resolved ! Beautiful dresses also and amazing quality .

Every step of the process was excellent, super high quality items, fast shipping and a great customer service.

I am extremely disappointed with NADINE MERABI. I have contacted customer service countless times requesting a return label, but I still have not received one. The entire return process has been frustrating and unnecessarily difficult.

For such an expensive brand, this level of customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering unless you are certain you will not need to return anything.

I have given 5* because the clothing is so original, beautifully made and such high quality, but there are improvements the company could easily make from a customer experience point of view which would be easy to fix.
I now have several Nadine Merabi pieces which I love and ALWAYS get positive comments and compliments on. They are all stunning and make me feel so very special. So unique, beautifully designed and crafted from the highest quality materials. It is my favourite special occasion wear shop.

I am going to give my honest pros and cons

Clothing.

Pros- High end, top quality design, craftsmanship and materials at reasonable prices for such high end quality.
Cons- None

The London store

Pros- the shop is exquisite and staff very nice and helpful as much as they can be.
Cons- there is no phone number for the shop or online customer service. They could carry more stock in more sizes in store and could have better connection and communication with the online store customer service. They don't take online returns or can help at all with online orders or even ordering in items in sizes they don't have in stock.
The physical store and online store seem to operate like 2 separate companies which is frustrating from a customer point of view.

Online Store

Pros- Easy to order and they have a 'TRY BEFORE YOU BUY' service which is excellent. They use a concierge company called HARPER, which I cannot praise highly enough. So you place an order, which I did in several sizes, you don't buy anything. You chose a date and time slot and then HARPER bring the items to your home and you get a royal personal shopper experience. You pay for what you keep plus a small fee and they take the rest away without the hassle of returning the goods yourself. This service is the only thing which will encourage me to order online again in future. HARPER have got their operation running so smoothly and perfectly. You can contact them by phone plus even by email, they get straight back to you within an hour. They sort out any issues and from customer service to concierge home appointment, the whole process is stress free, seamless and easy. Dealing with NM customer service is not. Response is a bit slow and in the end I had to resort to contacting them through their Instagram, (which I have to say gave me a better service).
Cons
No telephone support. Email support slow. I believe returns are at your own cost and responsibility and I think they go abroad so could end up costly to return.

In short clothing is excellent. Purchasing in store is great. Their TRY BEFORE YOU BUY service is AMAZING if buying online.
Online customer service and returns policy if not using try before you buy, could be better.

Nadine’s dresses are amazing quality and look amazing on any body . I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a special occasion dress now . Customer service was great too.

The customer service was amazing .. i had. on issues in getting a refund on one of the dresses i bought and they truly understand the customer experience and just want their customers to be satisfied. The dress was amazing but just didn’t fit! Excellent quality but most important the customer service was supreme!
