I am honestly in disbelief at the level of unreliability and inconvenience this company and customer service has provided. After writing the below review, I received a wonderful response which was appreciated and how it should have been resolved. However, no one from the company ever followed up and I had to email repeatedly to get them to followup on the refund and credit. Once the credit was finally issued, they did not include the promised $25 shipping refund. When I inquired they stated they could not refund me - even though they said in writing in email that they would. I provided this proof and they still denied the credit. Another reason why it appears I am dealing with AI bot Alex once again. Never would I ever order from this company again.

I ordered two dresses, and due to inaccurate website descriptions, they were not as expected. No problem—but when I initiated the return, the return-label system was down. After contacting the company by email, they were still unable to provide a label after 12 days. The only option they offered was for me to ship the dresses myself at more than double the cost.

I was happy to ship the dresses, but anticipated they would credit the standard $25 return fee for the inconvenience and to cover part of the additional cost caused by their system issue. They have refused on multiple occasions and ignored my repeated requests to speak with another agent or a manager. Although all agents are named "Alex" which also signals a red flag as to if any real people are dealing with customer service at all.

I have never written a vendor review before, but this has been one of the most time-consuming and disappointing customer service experiences I have had—for an issue that should have had a simple resolution. I would never order from a business like this again when they offer no reasonable resolution for an issue that is their own fault.

I had an excellent experience with Nadine Merabi customer service, thanks to Alex. I had a query regarding pricing and ordering, and Alex responded promptly, professionally, and with genuine care.
It's refreshing to receive such attentive and customer-focused service, particularly when making an important purchase. Alex was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help.

My return seemed to go missing but as soon as I contacted them with my proof of postage, they contacted me back immediately and raised the refund straight away. Can’t ask for more than that if things go a bit wrong. I kept one dress and it’s truly beautiful!

Hi, I did order two dresses in size 36 – S and I received 38 – SM. In both of the dresses so I did recheck if I made a mistake so I did not make a mistake because I had this problem once before with the company. They did send me the wrong sizes and when I just wanted to exchange it for the original size I have ordered it is not possible so either you get a Store credit or you have to pay €25 for the return. This is not OK since I did not make a mistake so why should I pay €25 to send it back? So this happened to me now the second time that I’m receiving wrong sizes and then you cannot just exchange it. The option is not in their return portal. This should not be so complicated just to exchange it so what happens now is I have to send it back wait until I get my money back and can order again. The occasion I wanted to wear the dresses is next week. You can do better and you should work on your system and double check the order before you sent out best greetings

The quality of materials used is exceptional. After an initial mix up on the returns policy, this business has had fabulous communication and is assisting me with a refund as the dress didnt fit. But I can say attest to the craftsmanship of their designs and fabrics, the perfect shop for something special, something that will last and great to know that this business is quick to communicate and prompt with their excellent customer service. Shout out to Alex for her lovely emails keeping me updated on my return process. Will absolutely be ordering my next item when I need something for a special occasion.

I have been ordering from Nadine for years and always had a good experience. Recently I ordered a dress in two sizes and just missed the 14 day window. I emailed them in the early AM on the 15th day to return it and after speaking with someone was told I can return for store credit and to wait for a label to ship it back. I am awaiting the label and will update my review accordingly. I’m very grateful for their fast responses and help with that situation! I gave four stars because I also ordered a dress that comes with a nude slip as part of the dress. Apparently the slip is actually out of stock, so they emailed me telling me this and saying I would get a refund. They still sent the outside of the dress and I did not receive a refund. When I inquired as to why, they said it was because the slip is ‘free’? But it’s a part of the dress and I can’t very well wear the dress without a slip and there is no way to order just a slip so this still seems quite odd to me that they sent the dress still and provided no refund. But I usually have great experiences with their items so I only took one star off for this.
