Their pieces are truly unique & are amazing quality! I am 5'9 so it is hard to find suits that fit properly. Nadine Merabi has nailed it!! And their customer service is outstanding. Highly recommend!

I purchased two tops the same in different sizes as I hadn’t shopped here before and was unsure of sizing. I went online to return the one that I wasn’t keeping. I had an issue with the returns label. I emailed customer services and they responded very quickly and sorted the issue and emailed me the relevant QR code for my return. The top itself is absolutely beautiful and I am very pleased.

The dresses were beautiful, such high quality. I had one to return, there was a slight admin issue during the process, however the team at Nadine Merabi were excellent. They kept in constant contact, and resolved the issue asap. I will definitely order from them again

The dress is absolutely fabulous, beautifully packaged, high quality and makes you feel a million dollars! And the customer service has been really impressive. The is a brand I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.
The dress is horrible and looks completely different from the photos on the website. The zipper is completely visible through the back and looks awful when worn. You cannot imagine how horrible it looks from behind, especially across the buttocks. I have real photos showing exactly how the dress looks and I’m happy to share them with anyone considering buying it. I contacted customer service immediately after receiving the dress and sent them photos. They refused to accept a return, exchange it for another dress, or even give me store credit because it was Final Sale.
Also, every negative comment I have posted about my experience on their Instagram or Facebook has been deleted, leaving only the positive comments visible.
I’m sharing my experience because I paid almost $400 for this dress, including shipping, for my wedding. And guess what? It’s sitting there unworn because there is absolutely no way I can wear this to my wedding. This is not a manufacturing defect, the dress is actually designed this way. It is HORRIBLE.

Alex has gone above and beyond to help me with a return. There was an issue and she managed to figure out the best outcome and delivered excellent customer service which l really appreciate. As a customer with a few pieces over the years l feel genuinely valued as a customer. The clothes as always are great quality and every time l wear a Merabi piece l always get compliments. Really good experience with customer support when I had to return my wife’s purchase due to a size issue. Alex was extremely efficient in resolving a return label error. Great quality products too.

I ordered a suit and was over charged, once highlighted it was immediately rectified. Reordered a different size and received it the following day . Couldn’t fault the customer service . Oh & I love the suit great tailoring.

I’ve always known this brand was superior not just in looks and quality, but now I had a concern with a recent item and the customer service help I received was above and beyond. I can’t tell you how impressed I am to feel confident in purchasing large ticket items and now knowing the support is there just in case something might go wrong. I’ve always loved this brand and now even more. Feel like a princess every time I wear NM.

Nadine Merabi has the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced. I had an issue with a final sale dress I ordered in the wrong size and helped me fix the issue as if they cared. I was really surprised by how much attention their customer service representatives gave me. I will buy again and I hope more people will as well.

Great customer service! Quick response time and willing to understand your issues

The quality of the dress was great no fault at all other than it didn’t suit my body type.
However, since returning the item which I was happy to pay for the postage, the refund process is poor, when I wanted to return the goods the portal wasn’t working so I asked for an address which was promptly provided. The dress was retuned on the 18Aug delivered on the 20 Aug. Initial response was it’s been delivered to wrong address your responsibility to contact Royal Mail. I then had to share the email from this company that told me to send it to that address. Than asked for weight of package and confirmation of Royal Mail tracking, reasonable request, but now days later they are still trying to verify receipt.
I have been reluctant to give this review but whilst waiting to have an update on my refund i keep being asked for my opinion. After my last correspondence today I have a duty to let other customers know of my experience.
