returned a laura ashley kettle which was faulty .it was delivered early december last year .i contacted them via email they recieved it but decided not to read it .now they have my item but also kept my money and never sent a replacement under manufactory warranty.ive still got tracking number and proof of postage rip off artists with no contact number to ring them .

I bought the four slice toaster in the blue flower and bird design and it is so pretty and the design of it is fab love it !!!!

My daughter bought one of the Monty radios last year and has enjoyed it. Due to a mishap, she broke the top off the radio antenna. I contacted the company and they just sent a replacement. Very kind.

Just fabulous service from VQ. I lost the charger for my precious Monty radio. I emailed to ask where I could buy a replacement and within hours they had sent out a new charger, free of charge, via Royal Mail tracked. Very pleased.

Earlier this year I wanted to buy the VQ Monty Radio for a birthday present after reading the review on Which? however, at the time the battery power pack was out of stock, I requested an email when they were back in stock...... and true to their word a few weeks later they sent an email confirming they were now in stock. In August I bought the Monty Radio plus battery pack for a present but unfortunately after just a couple of months the radio failed and was dead. I contacted VQ and received a reply within 24 hours from Victoria. After checking a few things with the radio she sent a replacement mains cable which arrived the next day and the radio is radio now working. Customer service is worth more than 5 stars it was a pleasure dealing with Victoria. Their customer service has been exemplary. I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

The kettle looks beautiful in my new kitchen. I just recently used it. The water heats up quickly. I was disappointed though the padded handle gets hot . So have to pour with the use of a pot holder. I didn't except that. I thought it would be heat resistance.

Ref VQ Lark DAB+/FM Clock Radio: For nearly 2 years now, this clock radio has had repeated “nervous breakdowns”, only managing to perform normally for a day or two before malfunctioning again. By ‘malfunctioning’ I mean a range of symptoms including: a) Refusing to switch on at all ( the most frequent symptom). b) Once switched on, I press the volume up/down switch & it changes stations instead of adjusting the volume. c) I press the preset stations button and instead of changing stations it switches from DAB to FM or behaves like I’ve pressed the Mode or Menu button. It’s a total disaster. The only way I can coax it into working is to unplug the mains cable and leave it unplugged for at least 48hrs or more. But then it only works normally for 24 hrs or so. VQ suggest a factory reset, but I’ve found that doesn't solve all the issues, and thats no solution if the radio refuses to switch on at all. So it’s going in the bin. And it was a Which? Recommended buy back in 2019!

Had a problem with my Laura Ashley kettle, after contacting VQ Victoria from VQ sent a new kettle with no hassle, she made it all very easy to resolve. 5 star company, what a shame all business’s are not like VQ

After the power adaptor failed on our Retro Radio I got in touch and a new adaptor was sent free of charge. The radio is now working again.

Made contact with Victoria when my wife’s retro radio wouldn’t turn on with battery power , couldn’t find the mains adapter. One was supplied free of charge and solved the problem the radio works using the mains adapter. Many thanks Victoria.

My Monty radio has just been delivered to me today. I have plugged it in to the mains and it is working fine. However, I bought it because it has a vq rechargeable battery which would allow me the option of not needing to be near a power source. The advertising actually uses this as a plus point. I have spent a considerable amount of time on line, trying to access this battery. It is either out of stock or unavailable. So, be warned, if you want to have a choice of where you want to listen to this radio, don’t buy it.

Excellent purchase. The VQ Monty digital radio meets my expectations. In my case, I have opted for the Joules model with sausage dogs and the feel and materials are of great quality. The use of the device is also simple and intuitive. It also has a very successful aesthetic, the radio is very nice. I recommend buying the rechargeable battery, as it gives the radio a lot of flexibility to move it from one place to another.
I would also like to highlight the excellent technical support that VQ offers. I have contacted them to make some inquiries about the radio and the treatment and attention has been outstanding. It is the best customer service I have ever had....
