We have had a couple of issues with our radio alarm clock. We have had it for around 8 years so we thought it was just old and needed replacing.
After contacting the customer service department they helped up reboot the appliance and also tricks on how to re-establish the radio stations. Victoria has be such a great help.
I highly recommend this company. Delighted with their fast response and support.

I contacted My VQ recently because the rim round the temperature gauge on my Laura Ashley Elveden kettle was peeling off & looked shabby. I bought it on 5/01/23 & the 2 year extended warranty expired on 10/01/25. However, their Customer Service were brilliant in dealing with my query. They were prompt, courteous & efficient & replaced my kettle without any hesitation. I would happily recommend this company to anyone as they were understanding & professional.

Received radio last night. Very easy to set up. Connected tablet and phone via Bluetooth. It is great. Looks good, stylish. Sound with music or speech is great. My friend came around this afternoon and thought sound was better than any she had heard from a small radio. It is.
I need to give a loud round of applause to Victoria who should have a gold medal for the Best customer services person in the World. She replies to emails immediately, that is so rare these days, she answers all questions and provides extra useful information. Lucky company having her as an employee!

Ordered a radio from back in early December for a Christmas Gift
Things didn’t work for us on DAB- I do believe it was a location problem as tried 2 units.
Today I received notification that full refund is in progress- no hassle- no quibbles- no chasing by me.

The “problem” was managed by Victoria who must be one of the best customer service people I have ever dealt with. I am retired but was in procurement for many years, so have in my life met many a customer service person.
Victoria's style is so refreshing:- friendly-responsive-open- honest-helpful.

Although on this occasion did not complete a purchase I have left with a very good impression of the integrity of MYVQ

This very neat and compact radio has a wonderful tone and clarity for its size. Very easy to follow instructions and the screen is clear and with information on it. I bought this after going through the Which report for radios and they had it spot on. Great value for money, extremely pleased with it.

I bought a VQ Dexter portable radio, and everything about it was excellent, except I found the instructions for setting the preset channels a bit confusing. I contacted Customer Services, and Victoria explained really clearly how to do it, which was great. That sort of after-care service is so rare, and I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

After annoyingly losing the power cable to my Lulu Guinness DAB radio, I contacted customer services to ask if they could tell me the details so that I could purchase a replacement. To my surprise, they instead offered to send me out a replacement cable for free!! This arrived promptly today and I’m so thrilled to be able to use my radio once again. The sound quality is great and the retro design goes really well in our home office too! I would 100% recommend this company and their radio. And a special thank you in particular to Victoria at customer services!

There was no reason for the company to replace my lead for free, but they offered to do so immediately I sent my question, and for that I am extremely grateful and will promote the company as best I can.

Interesting product, excellent sound, easy to set up if your eyesight is good enough to read the multilingual instructions in very small pale grey print. Seems much easier to select stations than my previous bedside alarm. Only two alarms but enough for me

Lovely kettle. Costco delivered and we love it!
